• a large 40 m² terrace with table and small balcony,
• an open, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• one bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
• a bedroom with a double sofa bed and a study area,
• bathroom with bath/shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
• TV, Wifi and books.

Just a few steps from the apartment, you'll find local shops such as a bakery, an organic food store and a Monoprix for your shopping needs. The neighborhood is well served by public transport, with the N° 15 bus taking you directly to the center of Bordeaux or the shopping mall. For gourmets, be sure to visit well-known local restaurants such as La Table du Décanteur or La Terrasse du Bouscat, and enjoy sweet treats at Mi Cielo patisserie.
