With a surface area of 35 m², on the second floor with elevator, this T2 cabin is laid out as follows:

The neighborhood

Gassin is a pearl on the Côte d'Azur, with breathtaking views of the sea and the famous bell tower of Saint-Tropez. The apartment is just a few steps from the beach and port, overlooking a lagoon pool. Nearby, you'll find Azur Park, the Lemy Beach restaurant, the Jardin Impérial, the Citadelle of Saint-Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne. For hiking enthusiasts, l'Escalet is also within easy reach.
Shops, services and leisure activities are within easy reach, with a boat shuttle nearby, as well as a cycle path for exploring the region. For fine dining, the "Comme à la Maison" restaurant is just a 29-minute bus ride away, offering quality local cuisine.
