• a dining area in the fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• mezzanine bedroom with double bed (140cm),
• a bathroom with shower adjoining the bedroom,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, air conditioning,
• TV, satellite or cable, Wifi.

Just a 2-minute walk away, you'll find the Place du Palais and its public transport network, including the tramway station for easy travel throughout the city.
