Located just a few steps from the sea, this 38 m² apartment on the 1st floor with elevator, and an additional half landing, is ideal for 5 people. It comprises :

• a 7m² terrace with table,
• a living room with a double sofa bed, and a dining area,
• an open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
• a sleeping area with a single bed (the upper bunk bed is not usable),
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, air conditioning,
• connected TV, satellite or cable, wifi, games for all ages,
• free parking and a basketball court in the residence.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
