• an open-plan living area comprising a lounge, dining area, desk and mezzanine single bed,
• a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (capsule and filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge),
• upstairs bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
• bathroom with bath/shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, fan, clothes hangers,
• TV and Wifi.
