- a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),

The apartament is super tiny, super small elevator, low ceiling. And that all wouldn’t be an issue for us till the time we were treated after departue.
So during the night in the apartment, the big machine located upstairs right next to the bed (I think it’s water heater/boiler) was keep knocking all night long which was super irritaited and we really could not sleep because of that. We were trying to do something on our own but the panel was covered with papier (probably meant to not touch it). I have recorded the video with that noise and reported to Jeremie with whim we have been in contact that time. He replied in the morning when we already were leaving tired without any sleep, that we can report that and maybe get a discount. I’m kinda person who is highly tolerate so I let that go. When I arrived home I saw that the deposit we paid wasn’t released, therefore I contacted Jeremie again. He gave us contact to Finance for further contact. I noticed on my account that I was also extra charged for this deposit (so we paid for a room, Booking.com commision, deposit and on the top been extra charged). Our stay was at the end of November 2024, today is 3 February and I still havent got my money charged back!!!! I contacted Finances multiply times, occasionally replied that they are processing it and its a long proces. I also contacted Jeremie couple of times but he is not replying AT ALL ignoring my messages (of course because we already departured so why he should care?). Summarising nice location but service maximum poor (as most of Parisian places…). At the beginning we would give this place 9/10 but after this experience is strong 1/10. Now I will also report the situaition desceibed above and reported that to Booking.

It was very easy to collect the keys from the property. The only thing I can't understand is that I needed to pay extra money to get into the property later at night (my flight was late and it's around 1 hour's drive to get from the airport to the accommodation) so someone will get me into the accommodation. The key was left in the locker as I discussed with the person from the accommodation so there was no need for someone to be there to get me in. So I still can't understand why I needed to pay extra for this.
The other thing was the cleanness - the first drawer was dirty (pieces of hair from the beard?), some hair in the shower. We got only 1 roll of toilet paper for a four-stand. There is a stove but no pots to cook into. A sponge was used to clean the dishes, and it's gross. We travel a lot and it was the first time when I had to use the sponge used by many other people. It's not very expensive to change it and give a new one for every stay.
It's a very small accommodation - we had only two luggage, each 10kg, and we still felt that we didn't have enough space for ourselves. Not to mention the very small lift - my husband was walking with his luggage up the stairs because he couldn't get with me into the lift - there was only space for me and my tiny luggage.

Very good use made of the available space in the design.
Fantastic location.
Jéremie, who had to wait over an hour for us to arrive in our taxi due to traffic blockages, was very friendly and welcoming.
We are in our 70’s, had luggage for 9 weeks travel and still managed just fine. However the studio would be even better for a younger couple with not a huge amount of luggage. The space is nevertheless small (typical Paris) and above all the narrow spiral staircase connecting the mezzanine bedroom to the bathroom, kitchen and living room could be challenging, especially at night.
If the instructions for the appliances could be printed a little bigger it would be great.

A little small so difficult to find place to store luggage. Circular staircase up to loft for sleeping is quite narrow so a bit tricky to navigate safely if you need to get up in the middle of the night

the abscence of salt, pepper, olive oil and sugar; the 1st (bedroom) floor was not only too low for my partner (1.88m) and for keeping things there but also too hot: when we arrived it was about +27C and the air conditioner turned on + a fan humming as a small helicopter didn't really help. Thanks to the host, there's a sofa-bed on the ground floor, so he (and sometimes, me) slept there

The apartment is just what you need. A comfortable bed, modern appliances, and a cozy interior. Everything was clean and in great shape. There was a great little handbook with recommendations for sites, restaurants, and shopping nearby.
The Welkeys team were very communicative and made getting in and out of the apartment a breeze. Would love to come back again!

I have only two cautions: be very careful using the wooden spiral staircase going up to the sleeping loft, and study how the door lock operates, in order to avoid locking yourself out of the apartment.
