an open-plan living area comprising a living room with a double sofa bed and a dining room with an extendable designer dining table for 4 to 10 people,
an open kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
one bedroom with two single beds and a study area,
smart TV, satellite or cable, wifi and books.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€

Excellent location. Close to metro and bus stops, wonderful bakery and grocery store right around the corner. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. Eiffel Tower within a few minutes walk. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, so plan to get your steps in. Was very secure with double locking doors with a foyer. Neighborhood is very nice. Welkey's was very responsive through texting the whole time. Very nice check-in process to go over how everything works and make sure it all works before leaving. Everything was clean. Lots of space. Highly recommend.

Location The flat was not ready for us. The beds were not even made. There were not enough blankets for us all even if we communicated the number of people. The bathroom was not cleaned up properly. Honesty a complete disaster

Beautiful Parisien appartment, great location close to Eiffel Tour and easy access to bus and metro. Kids enjoyed the books, jigsaws and access to amazon / netflix on TV. Well equiped kitchen. Easy check in - met by Wellkeys at property and were able to accomodate earlier arrival Nothing- it was perfect! Staircase may pose an issue for travellers with impaired mobility (as no lift ) but fine for us

Great location, easy to access. The kitchen doesn’t have a lot of practical knives or utensils for cooking.
Overall, we had a nice stay and would recommend it for a small family visit to Paris!

Perfect location close to public transportation and lots or restaurants close by and good ones too! Walking distance to Eiffel Tower. The space was great for our family. The apartment had a few issues the needs to be addressed like a slow drain in the master bathroom and a broken door knob.

I had a good overall experience staying at this Airbnb in Paris. The location was great, close to everything we needed. Initially, I had some concerns about the bed due to a previous review, and communication about that wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. The team kept saying they'd check with the local team, but I never got a clear answer. However, once we arrived and got in touch with the local host, everything went smoothly and they were very responsive. The early check-in was a nice bonus, allowing us to avoid paying for luggage storage. Conveniently, there's a luggage storage service right downstairs, which makes it even more practical. Overall, a good stay!

We loved our stay at this apartment near the Eiffel Tower. The pace is in a perfect location near bus and subway lines and walkable to so much of the Paris attractions. We loved being just steps from the Eiffel Tower. The place was clean and comfortable, very roomy and quiet! We stayed here with our 3 young children and there was plenty of space. A well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and comfortable beds. The host was responsive and helpful with check in and check out. We would absolutely stay here again!

El departamento es amplio y muy bien ubicado, El barrio es muy lindo y hay de todo, supermercados, charcuterias, licorerias, restaurantes y llugares para comprar verduras y desayuno. Lo único que no consideramos al momento de arrendar es que el departamento está ubicado en un tercer piso y no tiene ascensor.

The location was great and apartment was nice, but I sadly can only say that the Welkey operation was lacking. The unit was dusty and a bit dirty. I ended up wiping down the kitchen, laundry and vacuuming the floor to be comfortable. Basic info about an apartment (garbage disposal, wifi, house rules, etc.) should be provided in writing at the unit, not by text (or not at all) after the greeter leaves. Two of the three fans provided were broken and unusable. The third worked on noisy high speeds. When I asked that the broken ones be replaced since it was August in Paris, they were not. There was a sag in the bed due to slats missing in the box spring. They didn’t offer to fix the problem nor a refund. No one pays for a broken bed! I had to go through AirBnB support to get a response, which ended up being a form letter apology and reminder of check-out time. They also asked for copies of my passport, which is fishy and not needed. This is my first ever complaint about a host in 8 years.

Great location and a fantastic flat for a family of four, two kids. It walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and all the main sites were a €25 Uber ride away at most. Lovely light and airy place to wake up in the mornings.

Lovely location close restaurants, shops, and Eiffel tower. Beautiful interior with everything you need for a stay and fresh towels. We had some difficultly checking in, and had to wait over an hour. It seemed that the form we filled out with the check-in time wasn't shared with the local manager. The 3 floors of spiral stairs were a bit hard with the luggage, but it's a beautiful old building with character.

From booking to checking out and everything in between, it was perfect. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was incredibly clean, comfortable and great for my boys and me.
