Located in the heart of La Ciotat, this 41 m² apartment is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle. Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it features :

• a 7 m² terrace with dining table and sun loungers for relaxing moments in the sunset,
• a living area with a double sofa bed and dining area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• central heating,
• games for all ages, children's games, children's books,
• TV, Wifi, books,
• garage (basement parking).

A management fee of €123 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the check-in and check-out as well as cleaning costs.

Please note the following additional charges:
- Check-in between 9pm and midnight: €25
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: €44
