• a 150m² exterior featuring a garden, a large terrace with dining and breakfast areas, a private pool with sun loungers and a barbecue,
• an open-plan living area with large sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace, including a comfortable lounge and dining area,
• an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
• one bedroom on the ground floor, with direct access to the terrace, with a queen-size bed (160cm),
• a second bedroom on the top floor with a queen-size bed (160cm),
• a third bedroom with two single bunk beds,
• two bathrooms with walk-in shower,
• two separate toilets,
• external Green socket,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, hangers,
• air conditioning, central heating,
• private garage and three parking spaces (1 enclosed and 2 not enclosed),
• TV, Wifi and books.
