• a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a workspace,
• a bedroom with a single bed, a single sleeper and a workspace,
• bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, high chair,
• TV, Wifi, games for all ages, children's games. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

This apartment is ideally located in the center of the République-Bastille axis, in one of today's liveliest neighborhoods, close to three metro lines.
Just 200 meters from the historic center of Le Marais, you'll be one metro stop from Place de la République, next to the Haut Marais with its art galleries and boutiques, a 10-minute walk from Place des Vosges, and 15 minutes from Canal Saint Martin and Belleville.
The district is bursting with good addresses: Utopie, one of the best bakeries in Paris, Clown Bar, a gourmet restaurant, Merci, a must-visit concept store, and many other restaurants and cafés to suit all tastes.
