Discover this elegant, comfortable villa, located at the end of a cul-de-sac in Capbreton's popular beach area, an ideal destination for a relaxing, sunny vacation with family or friends.

With a generous surface area of 200 m², this rental comprises :

an open-plan living area with lounge and dining room,
a separate, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
a bedroom on the 1st floor with a queen-size bed (160cm) and private shower room,
a second bedroom, on the 1st floor, with a king-size bed (180cm) and a private balcony,
a third bedroom, on the top floor, with a queen-size bed (160cm), workspace and private shower room,
a ground-floor bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet,
another separate toilet on the top floor,
vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, iron, clothes hangers,
air conditioning,
TV, Wifi.

The 1000 m² exterior includes :

a leafy garden planted with trees,
a covered terrace with a large sofa,
a 4x9m private swimming pool,
terrace around the pool with deckchairs and large sofa, dining area, hammock and barbecue,
parking on the property. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

→ The fireplace cannot be used.
