Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this charming rental comprises :

an open-plan living room with a sofa bed (variable comfort) and a dining/office area,
a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, fridge),
mezzanine bedroom (7 m²) with double bed (140 cm),
bathroom with shower and WC,
vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,
TV, satellite or cable, wifi.

The mezzanine staircase is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
