• a living area with a double sofa bed and dining area,
• a fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
• fan, carbon monoxide detector,
• TV, Wifi.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10pm.
