Located on the 3rd floor of a residence with elevator, this rental comprises :

• an open-plan living room with lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a large bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a workspace,
• a smaller bedroom with a double bed (140cm),
• bathroom with bath and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
• carbon monoxide detector,
• TV, satellite or cable, stereo system, wifi.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10pm.
