The space

This property is brought to you by Welkeys, specialists in tailor-made holidays in the heart of France's most beautiful regions.

This comfortable 27 m² studio, located on the 4th floor with elevator, offers a bright and modern space, and consists of :

• a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed (140 cm),
• open-plan kitchen with coffee machine, blender, kettle, oven, hob and fridge,
• bathroom with shower and WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron,
• air conditioning, central heating,
• wifi.

A management fee of €351 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee includes the inventory of fixtures on arrival and departure, as well as cleaning costs.
