Located on the 3rd floor of a private residence without elevator, this para-hotel apartment features :

• a cosy living room with lounge and dining area,
• a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and desk area,
• a 20 m² mezzanine (not carrez) with a double bed (140cm) and a cinema area with video projector,
• bathroom with walk-in shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
• air conditioning, fan,
• TV in every room, Wifi.

Note that one of the 2 shutters in the living room cannot be closed. However, there is a curtain on the mezzanine.

You're just a 15-minute walk from the Vieux Port and Mucem, and 3 minutes from La Major. Nearby, you'll find the Terrasses du Port mall and numerous streetcar and metro stops for easy travel. Top addresses include Le Comptoir aux Huiles, Bar des 13 Coins and Pizzeria Chez Étienne, all of which are a must for an authentic Marseille experience.
