• one bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
• one bedroom with two single beds,
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, fan, clothes hangers,

• parking right in front of the house.

Located in Dolus-d'Oléron, this house offers privileged access to the beaches of Vert Bois and Les Allassins, ideal for relaxing moments by the ocean. Cycle paths are just 200 m away, allowing you to discover the island of Oléron in complete tranquillity. Dolus-d'Oléron is a dynamic commune that combines tradition and modernity. Here, you'll find the 12th-century church of Saint-André and the colorful oyster huts that symbolize the region's oyster industry. Nature is omnipresent, with magnificent sandy beaches, dunes and pine forests offering breathtaking scenery. For hiking enthusiasts, the Marais des Bris and the Saint-Trojan state forest are a must for discovering the local flora and fauna.
For a local culinary experience, we recommend Aux Frits de Mers (Fish and Chips) and La Pêche aux Moules in Château-d'Oléron, or Les Poissons Rouges and L'Albatros in Saint-Trojan.
