Bei Check-in haben ein paar Anweisungen gefehlt. Wie man mit dem Aufzug in die Tiefgarage fahren kann, die Heizung wurde nicht erklärt (Stromheizung). Auch das im Vorfeld zugesandte WLAN-Passwort war nicht korrekt. Leider war die Wohnung extrem dreckig und ekelhaft. Die Reinigungsgebühr von 150€ ist unverschämt. Beim Überziehen der Bettdecke für das Schlafsofa haben wir festgestellt, dass die Bettdecke stark verschmutzt war. Die Türen waren allesamt dreckig, sowie die Heizkörper, die Gardinen, die Küchenschränke, die Geschirrspülmaschine, die Lichtschalter.. auf den Randleisten am Fußboden viel Staub, Krümel und Haare. Sogar auf den Stühlen waren noch Krümel der Vorgänger. Unter dem Kühlschrank lagen Essensreste und Dreck. Auch die Dunstabzugshaube war komplett fettig. Das Geschirr klebte und musste erst gespült werden. Wir haben dies mit Fotos an Airbnb gemeldet. Airbnb hat auch sofort reagiert und uns Hilfe sowie einen finanziellen Ausgleich angeboten, hier war der Service top.

Nada más entrar olía a suciedad. El apartamento está bien pero muy mal cuidado con respecto a la limpieza : telarañas, cortinas negras, persianas asquerosas, llavecillas de la luz sucias, la vajilla había que fregarla antes de utilizarla y suciedad en general. La guinda del pastel fue cuando quité las sábanas del colchón el día de salida para dejarlo todo listo y vi lo asqueroso que estaba el colchón. No lo recomiendo. Finalmente Airbnb supo compensar económicamente las molestias.

Struggled to check in as were provided the wrong contact details for the host. We had to contact airbnb and when we finally contacted the hosts had to wait another 30 minutes for them to let us in. Meaning we were stood waiting in the cold and dark with two children for 1.5hr. When the host arrived they didn’t apologise or offer any compensation. Thankfully Airbnb did.The property is in a great location and was so convenient to get to Disney. There was a bakery a 2 minute walk away which was really cheap / nice.
The inside of the property large but very dusty and dirty. The mattress was stained and when we pulled the sofa bed out rubbish fell out of it. There were no instructions of how to use anything and when we contacted the host they either didn’t reply or gave us incorrect instructions (the WiFi). Before arrival we had paid €50 for late-checkout (1.30pm) but at 8pm the night before were told we had to leave at 10am, and then it was only confirmed at 09.50am we could checkout late

The apartment was spacious and well furnished and in a convenient location. Good park just behind for dog walking and near excellent shopping and transport links. The kitchen had good appliances but no cooking utensils at all (not even a corkscrew or cheese grater and this is France!). We were cooking Christmas dinner for 6 as we were visiting family nearby but it was a bit of a challenge! There were no instructions about anything in the flat and the shower sprays all over the floor, the lift up from the car park wasn’t working, the clicker to enter the car park was intermittently faulty and the hairdryer caught fire when I switched it on!! Nevertheless we had a lovely Christmas although I would think twice before booking an apartment without a lock box again.

Très bel appartement, propre, bien rangé et très calme. La literie est parfaite pour un bon sommeil. Nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la cuisine mais elle paraît bien équipée ( lave vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso…). L’emplacement du logement est idéal par sa proximité des commerces ( boulangerie, Lidl, restaurant…) et d’une belle zone commerciale, « Le Clos du Chêne », à seulement 5 minutes en voiture ou 15 mn à pieds. Disneyland Paris est à une station de RER ou 20 minutes en voiture ce qui est parfait pour en profiter sur plusieurs jours. En résumé nous espérons que cet appartement sera disponible pour notre prochain séjour à Montévrain car nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

The location is ideal and parking was great - this place would have been perfect if not for the neglect and abuse of property management. There were several either nonworking or unclean items in the home, which we reported right away but which they failed to even offer to fix during our stay. After Airbnb gave us a partial refund (more than I had requested) the host staged a FAKE PHOTO SHOOT making it look like we had left the place messy, and they even tried to blame a broken item on us that Airbnb had literally just refunded us for (the shower mount). We also had a really hard time getting into the place as my phone data was not working and the host refused to give check in instructions in advance. The host was uncooperative until Airbnb stepped in. I think you could be happy with this rental if you don't mind finding cigarette ash on the tables and chairs when you arrive, a broken shower, moldy washing machine, and the smell of cigarette smoke or mold lingering throughout the home.

Logement propre sauf la terrasse laissée à l'abandon, toiles d'araignées, balais avec une multitude de feuilles non ramassées et un cendrier dans un état de saleté improbable.
Vu les frais de ménage exorbitants on serait en droit d'avoir une terrasse identique à la photo sur le site.
Pour ce qui est de l'intérieur de l'appartement, rien à redire, le lit est confortable, la cuisine bien équipée.

The house is good and near the RER A station (10 minute walk). So I'd you are planning to go to disneyland this is am amazing house.
The only thing we didn't enjoy so much was the shower nose. It should to be replaced. Everytime we had a shower, even if you are very careful you will throw water into the floor.
Appart from this, it is a good house and the communication with the host is fast!

El apartamento increíble,superó nuestras expectativas,en una zona tranquila y mucha seguridad,cerca de Disney 10 minutos en coche y a 40 min de París,la estación está a unos 10 minutos andando pero nosotros cogimos coche y acertamos totalmente,de París a la estación Val d' Europe salía a unos 50 euros aprox 2 adultos y un niño!!si a eso le sumas que hemos ido varias veces y luego moverte por todos sitios aconsejo alquilar coche...muchas gracias por la estancia a sido magnífica

Das Apartment kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben es nur zum schlafen genutzt und konnten zu Fuß, in 35 min zum Disneyland laufen. Alle einheimischen waren sehr freundlich und der Bäcker um die Ecke, bot sich perfekt fürs Frühstücken an! Bei Fragen wurde sofort geantwortet. Es war nur etwas tricky das Apartment zu verlassen (Tip: Schalter befindet sich beim Briefkasten!)

Excellent location for visiting Disneyland Paris or the center of Paris. The RER station is within walking distance and there is a direct connection to the center of Paris. The journey takes about 45 minutes
The actual condition of the apartment is actually significantly worse than the pictures on Booking.com show. The photos are several years old, probably when the apartment was new. The bedroom had old, unwashed sheets that smelled of the sweat of the previous occupants. At the same time, the hair from the previous visit was on it. The curtains, the floor have not been cleaned properly for several months. There was greasy and sticky black dust everywhere. Dishes in cupboards dirty and smelly. The terrace mechanism was missing a screw to lift them up. The terrace was dirty and overgrown with creepers. The keys were not handed over personally to the owner but were hidden in the mailbox. The owner did not pick up the phone on the contact number and only answered the next day that Welkeys has known about the condition of the apartment for several months..... We are dealing with the complaint

Had a lovely stay the bed has to be the most comfortable bed i ever slept .Nice and spacious apartment. kitchen glasses and cutlery were sticky they need good wash .did put me off using them. living room radiator had big smudge brown on it like poo .which made me feel ill. outside could do with good clean spider webs everywhere and over grown green plants that was completely wrapped around the chairs i had take off. and some old tatty rugs on a clothes line outside. patio door a nightmare to close u have lift it few times and push to close . Could be a amazing apartment if had a good deep clean . bedroom was clean and bathroom. otherwise I still recommend. good location. and we walked disney 30 minutes walk.host very helpful text straight away if u need ask question.

In general the appartment was not clean. There were spider webs all around and dust in the cupboard with leftover clutter. The floors were not clean and the bedroom had an old dirty rug. Kettle full of limescale. Kitchen had a smell due to poor ventilation. Terrace was not cleaned, spider webs and had creeper plants outgrown. There was also a clothes airer with some old rugs left on it.
One of the nights, the upstair neighbours forgot their keys and started banging on the doors and windows so they could be let inside. They also constantly rang the door intercom which was very annoying. This was at 1.30 in the morning and woke my family.
During the booking, I had requested for the sofa bed to be prepared and was confirmed by the host. But this was not done and we had to prepare ourself. When I contacted the host, they did nothing to resolve.
The location is good with shops and restaurants within walking distance. It has secured parking and quick drive to Disneyland.

Lovely apartment. Really close to Disney we got an Uber about €8 could walk but about 30 min. 15 min walk to Val D’Europe RER. Lots of nice restaurants close by. Aldi next door to apartment 1 min walk.

The location is great. 12 min walk to train station and 2 min trainride to Disney. It is a nice and quiet area. The appartment is quite new and had everything you need: good oven, fridge, microwave, dish washer, washing machine. It is also suitable for a long stay. It really feels like a home.
This appartment is rented via the organization: Welkeys. We phoned them when we arrived. They said the host would come to let us in in a couple of minutes. But she did not come. After 16.00 Welkeys did not answer the phone anymore. Even the main office in Paris did not answer. We were standing there outside, not knowing what to do. Luckily after 1,5 hour the neighbour saw us and let us in with the spare keys. Later the host texted us saying she did not have the right telephone number…
On top of it all the appartment had not been cleaned properly before we arrived. It was filthy. Welkeys gave us part of the cleaning costs back when we showed them the photos.

Pasamos unos días agradables, el apartamento está a 5 min a pie de la estación de tren val europe, cuya estación te deja justo en la puerta del parque Disney land paris a tan solo una sola parada, el apartamento esta bien equipado también y la vecina era súper encantadora y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos :) tenéis un supermercado justo al lado de l apartamento con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy recomendable
