Très bon emplacement, tout peut se faire a pied. Appartement bien décoré et bien équipé.
Plaque de cuisson cassée (mais fonctionnelle?) cela mériterait d’être changer car dangereux ! La climatisation n’est pas utilisable, dès la mise en marche une odeur de moisis. Veiller à ce que la vaisselle soit propre avant l’arrivée des locataires (pleins de traces sur les couverts, trace de café sur les tasses…) et vider l’aspirateur plein de déchets/poussières des personnes d’avant. Redonner un coup de peinture sur les murs serait bien.
Les informations envoyées par sms sont fausses (code wifi et code de la boîte à clés, ce n’est même pas la même que sur les photos), une mise à jour serait nécessaire! Un peu plus de communication serait la bienvenue.

I wanted to give you a feedback about our dissapointment of our stay at one of your appartments in Antibes- rue de l’horloge. (14 -18.08.24)
First of all, the supposed manager of the appartment, called ‘Chou’ wasn’t helpful and ignored a few questions that I asked before we arrived.
The amenities of the appartment were insufficient (only one wine glass, broken stove). Additionally the aircon didn’t work as it was supposed to. We had to replace the battery in the remote ourselves since Chou did ignore my message. Once running we had to turn of the security fuse since we weren’t able to turn it off anymore by the remote. One day it was working but kept us from sleeping since it was louder then a bad car engine running.
The shower drain clogged.
The worst was that the lock of the door was defect such as once we locked the door in the evening we weren’t able to get out of the apartment in the morning and had to get a locksmith to free us, it took two hours. We got told by the locksmith to not lock the door anymore, since it would happen again so we had to carry our valuables every day, all day with us…
The very least I’d expect some financial recompensation for this stay.

The hostess was very unclear and left no instructions on how to get the key to the apartment, we had to call several times and wait about 1 hour outside in the heat before we got inside. She also didn’t greet us at the apartment like they said they would do. On the last day the lock on the door malfunctioned and we were locked inside about three and a half hours wondering if we would catch our plane home. The hostesses said she’d be there in 40 minutes (a 20 minute drive without traffic) but arrived 2 hours later blaming traffic although minimal traffic was showing on google maps. When confronted about the fact that there was no traffic, she became very aggressive and rude and threatened to keep us locked inside the apartment. the hostess was the rudest person I’ve met and should not be working as a hostess at all. The apartment was overall good as long as you didn’t need to talk to the hostess.

Amazing property in perfect location. Once arrived felt very safe with heavy duty locked door and great sized apartment that is very nicely furnished. Had only a few issues with check in and check out instructions, and had to purchase a few household items not provided. Very happy with our stay overall and would absolutely come again.

The appartment is located in one of the calm tiny streets in the centre of old Antibes, very close to the food market. It is modern, with big comfortable bed and there are even two toilets! It felt like staying at a friend's appatrment. :)
The kitchen is really tiny, but we made it work and the stove is a bit damaged at first sight but it doesn't affect its functionality.

Loved my stay here. It really is all about Location, Location, Location. Fabulously peaceful yet so, so central. Two minutes walk from the centre of everything in a beautiful quaint street.
As a solo traveler I felt completely safe here and would happily return. My only recommendation would be to improve the quality of the cleaning. I’m afraid the towels also smelled like they had been dried somewhere that cooks greasy food so that took the shine off using the lovely shower a bit.
Comfiest bed just work on improving the cleaning a little bit.

I wouldn’t recommend the apartment.
There were multiple complications when we arrived at the apartment (to name a few: the toilet was out of order, the bathroom sink was broken, there was a hole in the induction plate (as a result of which we were unable to cook in the kitchen), and at last, there were very limited necessities as described on the AirBnb-page for a comfortable (hotel worthy-)stay).
At the beginning, the service was allright. However, when we mentioned the experienced inconveniences, no proactive solution was offered and, in a later stadium, a very limited amount of refund was offered (which didn’t cover our unexpected, additional, costs at all). On top of that, responses were limited.
Overall, we were really disappointed by the service and the quality of the apartment (although the location is very nice) and in the outcome of our discussions with the host regarding the experienced inconveniences (the host was only willing to grant a very limited amount of refund).

Bevor wir in der Unterkunft eintrafen wurde uns mit geteilt,dass das Waschbecken in Badezimmer nicht zu benutzen sei. Händewaschen und Zähneputzen haben wir in der Badewanne erledigt obwohl nach unseren Recherchen das Waschbecken bereits seit dem 09. August kaputt war (siehe Bewertung)
Am zweiten Tag wollten wir die Küche benutzen. Der Herd war leider ebenfalls kaputt, sodass nur der Backofen nutzbar war.
Außerdem war das Geschirr zum größten schmutzig. Ebenfalls fiel zwischen Zeitlich die Klimaanlage aus. Diese konnten wir über die Sicherung wieder in Gang bringen.
Von außen hui - von innen naja.
Bevor wir in der Unterkunft eintrafen wurde uns mit geteilt,dass das Waschbecken in Badezimmer nicht zu benutzen sei. Händewaschen und Zähneputzen haben wir in der Badewanne erledigt obwohl nach unseren Recherchen das Waschbecken bereits seit dem 09. August kaputt war (siehe Bewertung)

Très bel appartement , calme et très bien situé .

Le lavabo de la salle de bain fuyait énormément au niveau du siphon...et le rendait inutilisable. Ceci Depuis notre arrivée et personne n à rien voulu faire car nous sommes en période estivale !!!malgré nos demandes. Nous sommes restés sans lavabo tout le séjour..ce n est pas normal.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Herzen von Antibes in einer schönen Seitenstraße und ist dadurch sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft selbst ist hat alles was man braucht, eine neue hochwertige, vollausgestattete Küche und ein großzügiges Badezimmer und einzelnes Gäste WC sowie Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Waschtrockner, einen Föhn und sogar einen Smart-TV mit mehreren zur Verfügung stehenden Streaming Diensten.
Die Wohnung scheint vor nicht allzu langer Zeit renoviert worden zu sein. Hier ist jedoch schade, dass es an manchen Stellen deutliche Abnutzungsspuren gibt.
Weiterhin war die Wohnung sehr sauber, vor allem das Bett war nicht zu beanstanden. Allein die Dusche hätte gründlicher geputzt werden können.
Der Strand ist von der Unterkunft nur 2 Minuten entfernt, der Bahnhof sind ca. 10-15 Minuten Fußweg, Restaurants und Shopping liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden immer wieder kommen!

A lovely flat as described in a great area, though some breakage in bathroom(sink, shower, and door handles). shower was repaired, but Chou appeared quite happy for us to liaise with plumber...until I reminded her it was not our job. Unexistant appliances instructions were possibly cause of breakage by previous guests. TV too complicated to work without instructions. Office is particularly unhelpful for a bag drop. thank god girl in charge of housekeeping was very helpful and responsive.
We come to the area regularly and in comparison to others in the area, the company is not the best by far. Too many automated emails and guests should not be the ones having to organise staff for check out....again.

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Appartement im Herzen von Antibes, das letzte Mal vor 2 Jahren. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Altstadt mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten und der Gastronomie zum Greifen nah. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Tolle Küche, Gäste WC, geräumiges Badezimmer, Klimaanlage etc. Bei unserem Aufenthalt vor 2 Jahren war die Wohnung quasi neu. Nun hat man ihr diese 2 Jahre an diversen Stellen angesehen. Auch haben unsere Vormieter es geschafft, die Dusche zu beschädigen bzw. unbrauchbar zu machen. Wir wurden darüber am Tag der Anreise informiert und es gibt zum Glück die Badewanne. Leider wurde die Dusche in den 2 Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert. Dadurch entstand auch ein unangenehmer Geruch im Badezimmer, welcher aus der „stillgelegten“ Dusche austrat. Ingesamt wäre es wünschenswert, wenn solch eine tolle und stylische Unterkunft etwas besser in Schuss gehalten wird!

Location was excellent for staying in Antibes - steps to the market and the sea wall, very close to the beach, and generally beautiful medieval buildings. The space was perfect for us and larger than I expected. Very nice details and well taken care of. A studio with 1.5 bathrooms? Can't beat it.
The host informed us the day we arrived that the previous guests had damaged the shower - an unforeseeable inconvenience to be sure, but there was a showerhead in the tub, so we managed. The kettle needed cleaning, but after a few rinses the water was usable. There was no iron in the apartment - would have been helpful to have. And there is a bluetooth speaker as well as a record player in the apartment, neither of which seem to have the correct power cable. Still, nothing dramatic.
The property is managed by a third-party agency, so be aware that there is an separate (and somewhat cumbersome) registration/deposit process involved.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. The street is absolutely beautiful with the cathedral & Picasso museum at the top of the street, coast 5 mins walk and old down a stone throw away.

The apartment itself was great. Lovely, stylishly decorated, clean, comfortable bed and great bedding, cool bathroom. Perfect location. The downside was the impersonal and not necessarily helpful communication, some dishes not well cleaned (stains), one toilet without toilet paper or soap. Major issue was the shower was not working and it didn’t seem like they made an effort to try to get it fixed during my stay (I was there for 9 nights). House instructions and local information (eg garbage collection) would have been helpful. These negatives were offset by the great location and physical space.

Everything was wonderful, very nice place, great location, quiet (except if you don’t like Church bells) I thought it was charming. Very good communication, the only negative was it was missing basics like soaps++ They apologized and said they were getting a delivery. So we has to go buy numerous things but in no way changed the value of our stay, totally recommend!

Amazing location, and great value for Antibes. I've been going to Antibes for many years, and this was in an excellent location. The main bathroom had a couple of issues, but otherwise the apartment was clean, modern and as depicted in the listing.

Apartment was nicely furnished and as the photos showed. Location was perfect in the old town but away from all the noise.
Wifi worked well. Netflix on the TV. Air con did the job ok but it was very noisy.
Downsides: Apartment not cleaned thoroughly, there was make up and stains on the floor and a stain on the bed when we checked in. Only one towel provided each for a 9 day stay. No hand towels or kitchen towels to wipe up. When I requested more towels I was told there was an issue with the linen delivery and I could buy some towels and invoice for them. I never received my money back. No communication from Wellkeys about check out.
All in all, the apartment was nice and location was great but the agency handling the booking was a disappointment.

The apartment itself is in a great location behind the old town. It’s been really well refurbished. Sadly on arrival there were no pillow cases on the bed. The sink in the bathroom was not draining and the AC was very loud. The Wi-Fi was good to work from.

Okay so… to start off the apartment is beautiful and in the most perfect location.
However, both me and my girlfriend work online and when we turned up there was no wifi despite the listing telling us there was wifi. If we knew there was none we would have cancelled our booking. This caused great stress to us as we could no longer work from the accommodation.
The location is beautiful and the apartment is very nice, if the wifi problem was 100% sorted then we would definitely stay again.
