We really liked the apartment, the price is very affordable and the space was perfect for our family of 4. All the appliances worked great, the shower was excellent, the bed and sofa bed were super comfortable and the location even though is not in central Paris is very close to a main underground and bus stop. There is a great supermarket only 3 blocks away and awesome local bakeries and in fact only 1 block away, we were able to grab a direct bus (351) to the airport CDG. Icredible location!!! A bit noisy from the street at night but very manageable :)

Location was good, near to a metro stop on line 3 right into Paris This property was far too small for 4 people, if the sofabed was out you couldn't even get past to get to the toilet. The mattress on the sofabed also filthy and there aren't enough pillows for all 4 people.

Les deux personnes qui s’occupent de ménage étaient très gentilles mais je ne recommande pas cet appartement. Le canapé est très sale. Le bâtiment est vieux et sale, les voisins qui font du bruit.. Certains meubles dans l’appartement ne sont pas dans un bon état, ça correspond pas aux photos dans l’annonce.

Logement près du centre commercial et des transports en commun pour accéder aux champs Elysées,tour Eiffel mais pas pratique pour accéder avec une poussette car trop d'escaliers.j ai dû attendre a l'extérieur de l'appartement car c'est a mon arrivée que le concierge était entrain de faire le ménage.pas d'explications claires de sa part en 3 minutes il m'a donné les clés et est parti ,du coup j'ai découvert par la suite qu'il n y avait pas internet,ni de télévision fonctionnelle . j'ai contacté plusieurs fois par email l'agence pour signaler ces problèmes mais aucunes solutions ne m'a été apportées.le canapé est très sale. pour le départ j'ai attendu que le concierge vienne récupérer les clés mais il ne s'est jamais présenté. c'était encore à moi de contacter l'agence à mes frais pour savoir comment faire pour mon départ et on m'a communiqué le numéro de la propriétaire que j'ai du appelé moi même et cette dernière m'a dit de déposer les clés sur la table et de partir. C'est décevant

Rien du tout. L’appartement est invivable, insalubre. Les photos qui sont sur le site n’est pas du tout pour cet appartement. Je n’ai pas pu déposer mes affaires, j’ai tout de suite pris un hôtel non loin du lieu.
Je vous déconseille fortement ce lieu, c’est une perte d’argent.

Die Wohnung ist für Pariser Verhältnisse recht günstig, nahe bei Metro, aber keine schöne Gegend. Auf den ersten Blick war die Wohnung klein, aber schick. Leider fehlten einige Dinge und die Küche war kaum zu gebrauchen. Kommunikation war sehr gut, immer gut zu erreichen und freundlich.

Die Bilder bei FeWo-Direkt entsprechen nicht der Realität. Wasser lief auf dem Fußboden, die Bettwäsche/Bettlaken waren dreckig, Haare lagen auf der Bettwäsche es war ekelhaft es zu sehen. Le quartier ne fait pas envie, pas très rassurant. La copropriété est en mauvais état. Dans l’appartement, des bouts de verre sous le convertible, le sol mal nettoyé, pas de bouilloire, bouteille d’eau, savon/shampoing contrairement à ce qui est ecrit sur l’annonce. Une chaise qui s’est cassée lorsque ma fille s’est assise dessus (elle ne tenait plus qu’avec 1 ecrou) On entend énormément la rue depuis la chambre, bouilles quies obligatoire. Les chauffages et le ballon d’eau chaude eteints à notre arrivée. A éviter !!!

2х комнатные апартаменты, 2 широкие кровати, достаточно комфортно. Хорошее расположение и цена, рядом метро, магазин и заправка. Тихий район. Чисто и все необходимое было для проживания. Очень чисто и свежий ремонт, плита, холодильник, бойлер, душевая кабина. Девочка менеджер, несмотря на наше опоздание, заселила и всегда была на связи. Говорила на французском, английском и русском, за что огромное ей спасибо за понимание и терпение. К сожалению не смогли настроить Wifi из-за недостатка времени, мы приехали смотреть Париж. Чайник и фен отсутствовали или их не удалось найти в квартире, пришлось кипятить в кастрюле и 2 стульчика. Всё ещё идёт фасадный ремонт и древняя дверь поддалась не с первого раза, но добавила своей истории и в квартиру можно попасть, просто такая надёжная конструкция под 1 апреля.

Logement avec de nombreuses taches (canapé, draps, matelas, fauteuils) qu’on veut vous faire payer une fois le séjour terminé (matelas dit tâché par nos soins mais pas de photo des draps), vaisselle peu propre à disposition, donc n’hésitez pas à tout prendre en photo en arrivant et à enlever les draps ! ménage correct si on ne regarde pas dans les recoins. Pas de chauffage dans la chambre, côté rue donc plutôt bruyant. Salle de bain plutôt bien rénovée. Logement avec parties communes peu engageantes et problème de serrure. J’ai oublié ma liseuse, depuis 10 jours j’attends encore qu’on revienne vers moi pas très professionnel … bref j’étais prête à être indulgente de l’état de l’appartement moyen mais la réclamation de 120€ à notre départ ne passe pas. J’attends encore de vos nouvelles …

It is the worst place i ever lived and very in professional behaviour from the host I have ever experienced. I paid extra for late checkin but no body showed up, I contacted them with all possible ways but no body picked up my calls; not even help lines. Cleanliness was worst, we found lot of dirt everywhere and hairs from the previously stayed people in the provided towels. Bed spreads were dirty and provided coffee was rotten. Lock is kind of broken or very difficult to open, you will be worried to get in again, if you would be lucky to enter once. Kitchen accessories were unavailable. Showing photos of the first day of starting this facility on the profile, but originally things are way older and bad in condition. Building is very poor in condition.

everything was good, the location is good. 5 minutes walk from the metro station. kitchen and bathroom well equipped. Neat apartment, only the towels were not clean, and the bed linen for the sofa was not prepared. all in all, an excellent host and accommodation, all recommendations.

Located extremely far from the center, it is 45 minutes by public transport. The neighborhood is gloomy, the entrance to the apartment is dirty and poorly cared for, the apartment is not ugly, but it is dirty, the floor full of dust, the sofa all stained, and the sheets were not even changed, there were stains, hair, dirt and a terrible smell. There was no Wi-Fi, despite the host said about the network and password, it did not appear for any of the 3 phones, we had to use the mobile data. Airbnb also informed the host about the dirt of the place, and nothing was done by us. Bad experience.
