General Conditions and Cancellation Conditions
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE IN THE APARTMENTS:
Check in: 15:00
We make every effort to ensure that your accommodation is available as soon as possible and no later than 21:00.
On the day of departure the accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00.
Please, give us your estimated time of arrival.
HOUSEHOLD IN THE APARTMENTS:
When you check out, make sure the accommodation is not dirty beyond normal use. Cleaning is included but we ask you to empty the trash and do the dishes.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT OF STAY:
The total amount of the stay is settled at the reservation, it is neither refundable nor exchangeable nor modifiable.
INTERVENTION / REPAIR:
If during the stay Welkeys has to intervene at the request of the customer companies to repair deteriorated equipment (clogged pipes, appliances damaged, broken glass) and if its liability is not in question, these interventions will be billed . In case of loss of keys, the replacement of the keys and the lock will be invoiced to the customer.
A deposit is provided to cover any damage caused by the tenant. This deposit is not levied but pledged thanks to our partner Swikly. In case of proven damage, this sum will be cashed in full.
We reserve the right to close the access to the rental if the deposit is not paid on the day of arrival.
CONDITION OF THE PLACES:
The apartment will have been checked before your arrival by a member of the Welkeys team. If you notice a malfunction or a deterioration of the apartment, please notify us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Failing this, your responsibility could be engaged for the problems discovered at the end of your stay.
All homes were checked and reviewed by a member of the Welkeys team. The descriptions given are true and have been written in good faith. In case of complaint, the holidaymaker agrees to notify within 48 hours by e-mail. The customer agrees to work with Welkeys to try to solve the problem. In the absence of written communication and explicit authorization by Welkeys, the client who abandons his home before the agreed date, will lose the right to a possible refund of the amount of the rent. Any complaints notified after the end of the stay will not give rise to any refund. Welkeys reserves the right to terminate the agreement before or during its execution if unforeseeable circumstances or a case of force majeure render the enjoyment of the apartment impossible. Welkeys reserves the right to assign another unit with similar or better features. If the customer refuses the transfer of the reservation, Welkeys refunds all the sums paid in respect of the reservation, in this case no compensation will be granted.
NETWORKS INTERNET / WI-FI:
Access to the internet / Wi-Fi network is included in the rental.
All linen is provided: sheets, towels, bath mats. A linen change during the stay is offered at an additional cost.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the common areas and inside the apartments.
DEFAULT OF PAYMENT:
In the absence of payment at the fixed deadlines or in the event of non-fulfillment of one of the clauses of the present engagement and five working days after a simple summation by registered letter remained unsuccessful, the present contract will be immediately terminated and the lessor will be able to avail itself of the Article 1590 of the Civil Code to keep the deposit paid as the first damages.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE :
The furnished real estate listed below is exclusively the subject of a seasonal lease, as a second home of the lessee only. As such, this lease is excluded from the scope of Law No. 89-462 of 6 July 1989.
The rent is strictly reserved for the tenant and his family. We ask you to respect the accommodation as if it were yours and ask us to return the accommodation in the state in which you found it.
Cancellation more than 5 days before the arrival date: 100% refund
Cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date: no refund will be made
