The penthouse located on the 4rd floor (with an elevator) consists of a living space of 80sq. m and includes :

The accommodation doesn't include a private parking place but you can park in a public parking ( Parking Vieux Port)

The neighborhood
It has a very good situation, in the center of the 1st arrondissement, to discover the city on foot. Ideal for visiting the Vieux Port, visiting the museums (Mucem, the Marseille museum, the Cantini museum ...), markets and beautiful squares with Mediterranean colors. Looking for bars and restaurants? The accommodation is close to everything! Walks and discovery of this magical and secret city can be done on foot but it is possible to use the bus.

Appartement très charmant et agréable! Localisation parfaite pour visiter Marseille lors d’un court séjour (comme ce fut le cas pour nous). Seul bémol : des frais de ménage un peu excessifs et non justifiés à nos yeux. Hormis cela, nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter 😊.

We had a great stay for our long weekend in Marseille. The only thing I would mention is that most of the dishes weren't clean so we had to clean everything before using for the first time.

Logement magnifiquement décoré et situé à proximité immédiate du vieux port. Ménage et linge de qualité hôtelière. Prestataire à l’écoute et réactif. Attention pour famille avec enfants en bas âge car pas de barrière autour de la mezzanine et fenêtre de la chambre à couché très basse donnant dans le vide.

Me and a couple of friends stayed in the flat for a week. It was fantastic! You have shops, bars, bakeries and restaurants near by, and the beach is 20 min away walking. I thoroughly recommend staying in this flat.

The apartment is super cool and very artsy designed. Beds are comfortable. It fit with the cool vibe of Marseille. The balcony was lovely and quiet. The apartment was quiet at night, no disturbances. It’s very close to the restaurant walking street (2 min walk) and the old port (less than 5 min). Location is awesome.

Spacious apartment and very close to everything we needed including bakery, stores and public transportation. THE HOST! Adrien did not meet up to check us in and we were lucky that the main office was able to walk us thru finding the key box and get in. Although, even the office had bad information on their records. Adrien NEVER followed up with us and NEVER responded to our text messages. He did not even show up for our checkout and did not respond to our message confirming that we had checked out. Terrible customer service on his part! I ended up messaging the main office and letting them know about our checkout.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré une arrivée désagréable vu que le ménage n’était pas fait, cela nous a retardé dans notre programme... L’appartement mériterait un bon nettoyage au niveau de la douche car les joints sont moisis. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de pression pour se doucher. Il faudrait rajouter un auvent à la terrasse car nous n’avons pas pu manger dehors à cause des déjections des mouettes... c’est dommage ! Un garde corps serait aussi bienvenu sur la mezzanine un peu dangereuse pour les enfants. L’appartement est par contre très très bien situé et il est très bien décoré.

Très beau logement & très bien placé ! L’appartement est vraiment décoré avec goût. Les frais de ménage sont assez excessifs selon nous. Peu d’espaces de rangements si vous restez longtemps.

Un peu petit pour 4 car pas de rangements disponibles mais sinon logement au top très bien situé avec une grande pièce à vivre et une terrasse très agréable. Les hôtes ont aussi été très arrangeants pour nous laisser revenir chercher nos valises laissées à l’appartement le jour de notre départ après l’heure du checkout.

We were quite satisfied and enjoyed everything until the heating problem occurred. Five days of on and off with the heating and warm water. I had to actively communicate with the company and ask several times for assistance with the problem. Someone to come by and help out, look at the problem. It’s nice weather in february in Marseille. But you still need heating system. Finally we were being shown by the manager how the boiler works so we knew how to help ourselves. Other than that the flat was dusty, which was disappointing since we paid a cleaning service. I communicated that right in the beginning. The tv didn’t work.
The management rewarded us with a small amount of money. But it didn’t even cover one night. The problem was existing for five days. We spend 10 days in the apartment. So I think a more proper compensation would have been nice. Especially because we paid a lot for this Airbnb.
Besides that the location and the style of the apartment was just amazing. We could walk everywhere and explore Marseille by foot. When we needed a break the apartment was not far for a short rest. Marseille is expensive so we cooked our own meals in the open kitchen which was great. Beautiful open apartment.

Le logement est tres bien situé pres du port de marseille. Le balcon donne dans une rue pietonne , tres bruyante la nuit, si vous souhaitez dormir la fenetre ouverte prevoyez des boules quies, car le grand lit est sur la mezzanine, il ny a donc pas de porte pour isoler du bruit. La terrasse est tres grande et tres appreciable, soleil le matin et a l'ombre l'apres midi. La remise des cles se fait dans une boite donc assez pratique, cependant attention il faut quitter l'appartement a 10h30. La salle de bain est grande , mais vitrée qui donne sur la cuisine, il faut donc que ceux qui loge avex vous vous connaisse bien ! La douche est quand meme a l'abri des regards . Attention pour les jeunes enfants ou adulte a mobilite reduite lescalier qui mene a la mezzanie peut etre difficile a monter. Mais il y a aussi une chambre sans escalier. Nous avons passé un tres bon sejour et si les petits points ci dessus ne vous derange pas vous en passerez un tres bon aussi !
