This charming flat on an upper floor is a studio of 32 sq. m. Very bright, it is located on the 10th floor with elevator. This property with a beautiful view is equipped with :
- a living room with comfortable sofa-bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a wide balcony,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, household products, wardrobe, ironing equipment,
- TV.
→ A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

Please note that the TV is not functional.

The apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement, between Bastille and République squares. It is close to several metro stations such as:

The Marais area, famous for its shops, restaurants, museums and trendy places, is only 5 minutes away by walk. Don’t miss the Enfants Rouges market, just 15 minutes away, to eat fresh and cheap products.
Thanks to all the metro lines nearby, it will be very easy for you to join the main sites in Paris. Therefore, the Department Stores, Bastille and Garnier operas, Eiffel Tower and Champs-Elysées will be just a metro ride away.
