This bright apartment located on the ground floor (without elevator) consists of a living space of 32 sq. m and includes :
- a charming living space with a double bed,

This flat in the middle of Lille is perfect to visit the city. At the border between the Old Lille and Euralille, you will be able to choose between the old typical streets or the ultra-modern business district. In 20 min walking, you will join the huge Wazemmes market where you could find anything you want and enjoy its unique atmosphere. Locatie is fantastisch, middenin het centrum en toch relatief rustig. Serviesgoed is heel weinig, zeker als je een paar dagen blijft. Bed is smal maar wel ok.

Tout était bien sauf … que j’étais au rdc et que la porte qui claque à chaque va et viens des personnes à toute heure c’était dérangeant.
Aussi se faire réveiller à 9h par des travaux alors que l’on est en vacances ce n’est pas l’idéal ou dans ce cas merci de prévenir à l’avance .
De plus couper l’eau chaude toute une journée aussi c’était vraiment désagréable.
Pour le reste c’était correct.
Ah oui précision là tv est à l’ancienne aucune chaîne du câble

Facilité d’accès au logement et explications très claires
Propreté du logement
La situation du logement en Rdc ( vue plongeante des immeubles autour) aurait pu être améliorée par un voilage qui aurait permis de laisser les rideaux occultants ouverts en journée
Une douchette adjointe à la tête de douche située au plafond aurait été un petit plus pour rincer correctement le récepteur de douche

Concernant l appartement il était marqué RDC mais avant d' y accéder il y a un escalier pas pratique lorsqu on est chargé avec une grosse valise
Pas assez d ustensiles de cuisine pour un séjour d une semaine il manque une casserole plus grande ! Très bonne literie pas assez de luminosité dans la cuisine

Sinon, le studio était confortable et propre. Le matériel de cuisine est plus que rudimentaire et c'est franchement insuffisant si l'on veut se faire à manger. Pour une nuit, c'est bien mais pas plus.

Le loueur est en fait une entreprise qui loue plusieurs appartements en France donc 4 dans le même immeuble de Lille. La communication par messagerie électronique est impersonnelle et stéréotypée. Il faut attendre la veille de l’entrée dans les lieux pour obtenir les code d’entrée et le numéro de téléphone portable de Colette. J’ai trouvé cela agaçant et angoissant. A part cela tout est bien

It was on a sketchy side road with many drug deals. The multiple entry codes to get into the place. Slow drain of the shower. Mosquitoes galore when you left the window open. No toilet paper or a fan that said was included in the description. Then when requesting toilet paper we told we needed to supply our own! What rental requires you to supply your own toilet after paying over $200 Euro a night. Poor lighting in the kitchen. Communication was also very delayed. I would think you could find something else for the price

Cons: there were some red stains on the sheets (looks like red wine or juice) and dust in the corners and on the lights and the shower didn’t drain well.
The wifi was terrible- slow and hardly connected which is not great but would have been fine if we had service in the room which we didn’t. I honestly probably wouldn’t stay there again unless that was improved.
My other con was you only get one roll of toilet paper - regardless of # of people or days - there was two of us staying there for 5 nights so that was a bit disappointing that they didn’t even provide a second roll and this small thing could make a big difference for guest experience.

O local em si é impecável, lindo e aconchegante, banheiro privado, cozinha privada, tudo muito bom, ótima iluminação, entre outros pontos positivos.
Infelizmente, um dos problemas, inclusive comum das grandes cidades, foi o odor de urina na rua e na entrada do loft que eram muito, muito fortes.
Em um dos dias reparamos que o serviço público de limpeza havia literalmente lavado a rua para retirar o odor.
Para entrar no loft abrimos uma porta com fechadura digital que dá pra rua, caminhamos por um pequeno corredor interno para então acessá-lo. Infelizmente o odor de urina também estava muito forte nesse corredor. A impressão é que alguns hóspedes haviam urinado ali e, com frequência.

The place was easy to find and instructions were provided for a self check-in. Colette my host was very responsive and everything you need is within walking distance. Bus and train stations are a 10 min walk away and town centre is a 3-7 mins walk depending on what store you're looking for.
However, I had a not so good experience on the first day with lurking men around the street who followed me around and I had to stay away from the apartment for about two hours, to ensure they didn't follow me home. This of course had nothing to do with the hosts but it is something to be wary of. I was told by a local that there used to be a brothel not far away from there, although closed down, that air still pervades the demeanour of men lurking around that area.
Other than that everything about my stay checked out, the heating and electric hob worked. Ingredients as well as an iron and ironing board were provided.
N.B. Drink bottled water.

Cependant l’emplacement est pas bon par rapport aux bandits qui rôdent et cassent les voitures avec des plaques étrangères (ce qui nous est arrivé), mais parfaitement situé si on est à pied. Le bruit dans la cages d’escaliers de ceux qui montent ou descendent est difficile à supporter.

Very complicated arrival procedures with different access codes from front entrance to apartment entry. Many eareas of the apartment already in poor condition. Outside stairs dangerous when wet. Front entry to apartment security chain broken. Parts missing from the flooring. Bad scuff marks in bathroom and below kitchen cabinets. Toilet roll holder missing. Large security deposit for a poor quality apartment. No hair dryer or wine glasses. No tea or coffee ingredients provided. Part of the cladding for shower compartment coming away from wall. Photos of apartment did not truly show condition of apartment. Stringent guidelines of taking photos to prove damage not caused. Street where apartment located was not safe. Unsavoury groups of men hovering in the street immediately outside entry door.

la dame n’était pas très sympathique. franchement pour 4 jours pour deux personnes 400 euros, un rouleau de papier toilette et un sac poubelle. Donc on fait avec. Elle m’envoie un message en disant que l’odeur de l’appartement pue le poisson. Alors que quand je suis arrivée ça sentait déjà le poisson. En plus de ça elle se plaint que l’appartement « est très sale ». Alors on a rangé comme on a pu. Comment nettoyer un appartement avec ni balai ni et ni aspirateur. Un torchon qui était déjà sale. L’eau chaude qui coupe à chaque fois… je suis pas du genre à me plaindre car je fais avec puis c’est tout. Mais là de là à m’envoyer un message, et se plaindre.. c’est « moyen » bref je vous conseille pas du tout.

La vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont usés voire cassés.
Pas de table pour manger, ce qui est dommage.
Séjour agréable et au calme. Petit bémol concernant l'isolation entre les logements.

1,5 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 2 personnes pour 4 jour, équipement cuisine trop faible (1 petite casserole, 1 petite poêle, 1 seule plaque de cuisson) qui rend très difficile de se faire un plat, dépôt d’ordures dans l’accès à l’appartement durant tout le séjour... c’est très sale !
Bref c’est cher pour à prix équivalent des appart’city et associés qui sont équipés
