This cozy studio, on the 2nd floor (without elevator) consists of a living space of 18 sq. m and includes :
- a large and bright living space with a confortable sofa-bed,
- an equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- a vacuum cleaner, household products, hair dryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- TV
→ A high quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure
→ We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo

The neighborhood

This flat where life is sweet benefits from an exceptional location, at the historic heart, to visit the city by foot. You will be at the best place to discover Aix-en-Provence, its markets and beautiful squares with Mediterranean colors. At the foot of the building, you will find the Place des Trois Ormeaux where it’s nice to have a coffee or a drink in terrace, and it will just take you 4 min to reach the Cours Mirabeau. 5 min away, the Granet Museum, in the old Malte Palace, will seduce you with its architecture and the richness of the collections. The very nice Pavillon Vendôme and the Provence theater are just 15 min away. To relax, the Sextius thermal baths are 10 min away. At last, you will find the Place du Marché at 100m away.

From Aix-en-Provence Centre train station → 15 min by walk or 7 min by car
From Aix-en-Provence TGV station → 30 min by transports or 20 min by car
From the airport → 45 min by transports or 30 min by car
