This large and bright flat located on the 6th floor with elevator, consists of a living space of 43 sq. m and includes :
- a cosy and functional living room with comfortable sofa-bed,
- a balcony with a view on Part-Dieu towers and Fourvière basilica,
- a cozy bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a well equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge),
- vacuum cleaner, hair-dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and WiFi.

Our flat is located in the 7th district of Lyon. Close to the Presqu’Île and Perrache train station, you will also be a few minutes away from Part-Dieu district, the new Confluence museum, as well as Halle Tony Garnier and Gerland stadium.

Garibaldi-Berthelot station (tram T2) → at the foot of the building
Jean Macé station (metro B and tram T2) → 5 mn by foot
From Perrache train station → 5 min by transports or by car
From Lyon Saint-Exupéry airport → 30 min by car or 50 mn by transports
