This new and bright flat consists of a living space of 68 sq. m, is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) and includes :
- a pleasant and cosy living room,
- a nice and sunny terrace,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, for children,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dish-washer),
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- TV, stereo, WIFI,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment and baby bed.

Parking is easy at the foot of the building and in the streets around.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

With the tram located nearby and easily accessible from the highway, you will access to Tourcoing in 5 min, Lille Center or Pierre Mauroy Stadium in 15 min, to Bruges in 45 min or to the charming resorts of the Belgian Coast in 1h. At the heart of Mouvaux, in a newly refurbished district, you will be just nearby numerous shops and Haumont park.
