- a covered, sunny terrace of 20 sq. m, accessible through the living room or bedroom,
- a large and cozy living room,
- a bright room with a double bed,
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower,
- a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- Wi-Fi and 2 TVs (one in the living room, the other in the bedroom),

You will be able to visit the museum “Musée de la Création Franche” (10 min by transport), enjoy Bègles Plage (10 min by bike), or go to the Port Garonne (15 min by transport), a few steps away from the business park “Rives d'Arcins,” for a boat trip on the river. Lastly, if you feel like doing so, you can also reach all the attractions of Bordeaux by bike or by transport; perhaps you will take the time to witness the lifting of the majestic Jacques Chaban Delmas bridge!
