The space
Located near the Port Vieux and the Halles de Biarritz covered marketplace, this studio with breathtaking view of Grand Plage beach will accommodate 2 people. Ideally situated in the center of Biarritz and close to all amenities, you will be able to take full advantage of a pleasant stay in the South.
Situated on the 2nd floor of a peaceful residence without elevator, this bright and modern studio apartment of 48 sq. m includes:
- a lovely balcony with an amazing sea view,
- a bright living space with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment and a fan,
- baby's crib, highchair,
- TV.

The neighborhood
Located between the beach of the Côte des Basques and the Grand Plage, this accommodation will allow you to walk around and discover the convivial life of Biarritz. You will have easy access to all the beaches of the coast as well as the numerous bars, restaurants and stores near the accommodation; you will be 5 min away from Grand Plage, 8 min from the Biarritz Aquarium (sea museum), and just a stone’s throw away from the renowned tea/cake shop Miremont. Situated right in the city center, you will also be able to find the cinema, the historical museum of Biarritz, the public garden or the casino. The accommodation is also only an 8-min walk away from the Rocher de la Vierge (Virgin’s Rock): an ideal location for a nice stay on the Basque coast!

Bonjour, nous avons bien pris connaissance de votre commentaire. Nous sommes navrés que votre séjour ne se soit pas passé comme prévu. La gazinière mise à disposition dans le logement est parfaitement sûre et n'avait jamais posé problème avant votre venue. Les instructions nécessaires à son utilisation sont disponibles dans le logement. Celui-ci a par ailleurs été inspecté par un professionnel tiers qui l'a déclaré sans danger. Le problème que vous avez rencontré a été causé par une mauvaise utilisation des équipements de votre part. Vous avez contacté notre concierge et notre service client en parallèle, assurant au premier que le problème était réglé et au second que personne ne vous prenait en charge... D'autre part, si le logement est également chauffé au gaz, ce sont deux circuits complètement distincts. Vous avez bien pris contact avec le service client de la plateforme qui a de son côté choisi de vous proposer un remboursement. Nous restons à votre disposition pour plus d'informations.
