Situated on the 1st floor of a bourgeois building (with elevator), this beautiful family apartment consists of a bright living space of 90 sq. m. Benefiting from a double exposure, this fully renovated three-bedroom includes:
- 40 sq. m of sunny terrace without vis-à-vis,
- a large modern living room adjoining the terrace,
- a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a peaceful bedroom with a single bed,

1. Brak szczegółowej informacji i zdjęcia o skrzynce z kluczami do budynku. Stałyśmy prawie godzinę pod drzwiami szukając skrzynki (znajdowała się w zupełnie niewidocznym miejscu, które po ok.godzinie pokazała nam przywołana pracownica.) 2. W mieszkaniu zastałyśmy kapiącą z sufitu wodę i kałużę na podłodze w małej sypialni, złamany pojedyńczy wieszak,połamaną klamkę w drzwiach od strony mieszkania . 3. W kuchni było trochę za mało naczyń dla zgłoszonych pięciu osób.4. Patio brudne. Ogólnie mieszkanie słabo przygotowane. Do tego dostałyśmy inf.o konieczności usunięcia mebli balkonowych ( to chyba nie należy do gości ),a następnie inf. i prośbę o naszą obecność w określonym czasie, w związku z wizytą pracowników remontujących balkony. Czekałyśmy 2 godziny od wyznaczonej pory i nikt nie przyszedł. Jak na 4 dni pobytu sporo zastrzeżeń.

I do not recommend staying in this apartment because the communication method is complicated, at the beginning you communicate with Welkeys, and later you communicate with the owner via WhatsApp. According to Welkeys, the keys are in a key box, but according to Booking, the owner comes in person (different information).
In addition, I recommend taking a photo/video of the apartment so that after two weeks they do not accuse you of damaging the property and withdrawing half of the deposit. Unfortunately, without any photos, we wanted to use the insurance, but the invoice for the repair was not sent after more than a month, even after several emergencies to Welkeys, the owner does not communicate via WhatsApp. In other words, I consider the amount of 350 euros withdrawn from the account to be unreasonable without an invoice describing the repair.
Finally, the apartment is located near the train station, and good accessibility from the airport and the city, but in the morning/evening hours homeless people sleep all over the place, sometimes literally in front of the entrance to the apartment building. I do not recommend the apartment, especially in the autumn/winter months because the heating is weak, bring sweaters.

The checkin procedure is little bit messy since they sent the code very late and the code is wrong. We waited outside for almost an hour before contacting the owner successfully which is not a pleasant experience.

1 seul jeu de clefs pour 4 et vous râle dessus quand vous le demandez : "vous auriez dû me le demander avant"... Désolée de vous demander de faire votre travail...
Utiliser un seau pour faire partir ses besoins dans les toilettes ... Une honte d'être remboursée seulement 40 euros pour plus de 600 euros déboursés pour un logement non fonctionnel...
Clairement à fuire. Bel arnaque. Je regrette amèrement.

I received a contact number to speak with the manager and sent him a couple of questions concerning our stay. My questions were ignored and I was only answered with a copy and paste message regarding the check-in.
The apartment was not clean when we arrived, especially the terrace. Not only everything was very dusty, but the clothing on the sofa and the bed linens were also dirty, and so was the table in the kitchen.
Regarding the positive points, the images in the ad correspond with the Airbnb and the place is close to the station, but be careful, the area is pretty dangerous at night.

Dommage que le service d’entretien ne soit pas assez rigoureux : pas de sac poubelle dans la poubelle à notre arrivée et pas de sac en réserve, pas de torchon, pas de liquide savon dans le contenant disposé dans la salle de bain ni de gel douche ni de shampoing, linge de toilette très limité et très usagé, lave vaisselle non vidé … c’est pas très grave en soi… mais vraiment décevant au regard du descriptif de l’annonce et du prix élevé de l’appartement ; dommage car cela serait si simple de veiller à ce que l’appartement soit bien équipé…

The apartment itself is excellent. It is just one flight of stairs up, and just steps from the train station, making it incredibly easy to take advantage of the excellent French train system, including the TGV. There is a large table and living area, plus a huge terrace with a sun shade and large doors to enjoy the outdoors inside. The shower room and toilet were split, making it very easy to get ready in the morning. The apartment also is fully equipped with a dishwasher, laundry machine, and a good shower. We had no trouble with noise.
We did have some issues, which were not huge for our short stay and I expect will be fixed by the time another visitor arrives. There was insufficient hand soap and soap dispensers. And the provided Wifi password did not work, but we were able to perform a hard reset on the router to fix it.
More critically, the apartment door lock was broken. It would close, and it was possible to turn the deadbolt from the inside, but despite some significant trying, we could not turn the deadbolt from the outside. When we came back on our second day, we found the door open. The next morning, we realized that without the deadbolt, the door would open with just a hard push. We notified the manager immediately but didn't hear back before we left. I hope it will be fixed promptly.
