This peaceful, comfortable, triple-glazed apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the prestigious, secure Résidence Point France, with elevator and front-line access. Featuring a south-facing terrace, this bright, fully renovated 45 m² space includes :

The neighborhood
Located in the heart of the hyper-center and 500 m from the train station, you will not lack anything to enjoy a beautiful stay in Arcachon. In addition to being within walking distance of the beach as well as the city’s cultural and event centers (including the casino, the theater and the museum), you will be close to all amenities as well as stores, restaurants and public transport. You will also be a 10-min walk away from the Ville d’Hiver (Winter Town), where you will be able to walk around the pretty streets of Arcachon and explore the wonders of the city, including the Parc Mauresque (Moorish Park), the Sainte-Cecile observatory or the various villas. Lastly, don’t hesitate to visit the Cabanes Tchanquées (huts on stilts) of the Île aux Oiseaux (Bird Island) or go to the Dune of Pilat!

Alles unkompliziert geregelt, die Concierge war jederzeit verfügbar, auch vor/ während der Anreise, sowie auch bei Rückfragen und sehr freundlich + behilflich mit Informationen. Ein Sturm hatte Anfang September die Markise, komplett zerstört, wir wurden absolut korrekt darauf hingewiesen und der recht großzügige Balkon war dennoch ohne Einschränkung wunderbar benutzbar.
Beste Lage direkt um die Ecke der Strand + auch nur ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt oder 5-10 Minuten zur Innenstadt, alle notwendigen Dinge können im nahen Umfeld besorgt werden. Perfekter Ort, um von dort aus Unternehmungen zu starten, man kann viel mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen, wie z.B. die Dune du Pilat. Gerne möglichst bald wieder!

Appartement correspond au descriptif mais les photos agrandissent les pièces. Chambre trop petite, pas de place sur les côtés du lit. Emplacement idéal près de la plage et de tous les commerces. Store et table terrasse cassés par orage mais refus d’un parasol. Logement très sale (photos à l’appui auprès de la conciergerie): poubelles immondes, couche de poussière sur luminaires et miroir, salle de bain sale, pas de produits de 1ere nécessité (papier toilette, essuie tout, 1 dose lave vaisselle déjà insérée). Clés entrée remises par ami de notre contact principal parti en week-end. Pas d’infos notamment sur la gestion des déchets. Du lundi de son retour au vendredi de notre départ pas de prise de contact pour revoir le ménage alors que welkeys met en avant ce service si besoin. Grosse déception sur la propreté et le service inexistant.

Unable to get a wi-fi signal from the router which also ruled out the TV. Problem not solved by local representative. Not enough space around the bed - very awkward to get in and out or to remake the bed. Cleanliness, on the whole, was fine but not to the highest standards. Overly fussy procedures from the management side.

Emplacement super, dans le centre, et à 30 secondes de la plage. Décoration de bon gout, bien meilleur que sur les photos, il faudrait mettre les photos à jour. La personne qui m'a accueilli était très réactive et arrangeante.

Ein schönes Apartment, zentrale Lage und nur ein paar Schritte zum Strand. Tolle Terrasse und gut eingerichtetes Apartment.
Das Apartment hätte sauberer sein können auch über Spülmaschinentabs und ein paar Kaffekapseln hätten wir uns, für den hohen Preis des Apartments, gefreut. So haben wir dies selber gekauft. Zusätzlich war den ganzen Tag, bis spät in die Nacht eine Lüftung am laufen. Diese war sehr laut und es war nicht leicht, dabei zu schlafen. Wir haben dies zurück gemeldet. Vielleicht ändert sich dies für die Zukunft...

The size of the bedroom : it was hardly possible to get in or out of bed as there was only about 20cm on either side of the bed. You really had to crawl into the bed from its end. My husband has a physical disability and unable to do this, we used the sofa bed in the living room (which was quite comfortable, by the way).

Tout est super! L’appartement est lumineux, très bien équipé fonctionnel et moderne.
La literie est bonne même dans le canapé lit.
Le bassin est à 40m en sortant de l’appartement.. on ne pouvait pas espérer mieux!

Really nice small, clean and modern apartment, located one block from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the market hall. The big balcony is a plus as it is definitely a nice place rest, eat and have some wine. The kitchen is well stocked and perfect for self catering. Be warned: the bed is on the narrow side.

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné dans ce très bel appartement.
La terrasse sur les toits est un vrai luxe !
Il est idéalement placé pour profiter pleinement des activités qu’Arcachon propose. La navette pour se rendre au Cap Ferret est à 5 minutes à pied.

Super bien situé, tout peut se faire à pieds même si on aime pas trop marcher. La plage au pieds de l'apart, génial.
Appart très confort, très bien décoré, super terasse ensoleillé, lit confortable, il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin et Pauline est très sympa et disponible.
J'ai été très dérangée par ce bruit de tuyauterie constant qui j'espère sera définitivement réparé...
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la télé alors qu'il suffit de mettre un câble antenne pour l'avoir...

L'appartement se trouve à une cinquantaine de mètres de la plage, il est super-lumineux et la terrasse est un gros plus. Mon seul regret est de n'être resté que trois jours. Si je reviens dans le bassin d'Arcachon, je louerai volontiers cette appartement une nouvelle fois.
PS: Les places de parking sont payantes mais vous pourrez essayer de vous garer dans la rue Léon Cigarroa où celles-ci sont gratuites mais peu nombreuses.
