Bien qu'il soit petit, cet appartement a été aménagé de manière optimale et dispose d'une vraie cuisine équipée. Situé en hauteur, le lit est accessible via une échelle assez raide et ne dispose pas de barrière de protection. La douche ne dispose pas de porte ce qui entraine des débordements. L'emplacement est idéal, proche métro, de la petite ceinture verte, de commerces, dans un quartier animé. Le Sacré Cœur est accessible en 20 min à pied.

Les frais de ménage sont d'une soixante d'euros . Pourtant à mon arrivée : four sale avec résidus de grillade, cafard au sol se promenant, frigo et poubelle sales, rideau de douche trainant dans le carré douche et bas du rideau pas propre. Panne de plaque de cuisson donc le soir de mon arrivée aucune possibilité de manger et boire chaud. Déception totale, je ne veux plus entendre parler d'abritel au grand jamais. Points forts : proximité de toute commodités. Le logement est bien équipé.

I did not like the forced entry/break and enter involving the police on the first night of my stay. Only 1 small item was stolen (thankfully, I immediately saw that the room was not safe and had 0 security on the ground floor in a dangerous part of Paris, so I walked across the street and checked into the IBIS business hotel out of pure fear. ) So the first night of my stay there was a burglary right in this unit I had rented. The police file number is: 01903/2023/008715. The main contact person from the company (Jerome) then told me not to go back and I agreed (out of safety). The company never refunded my rental fee--- they 100% kept it all even though the door was busted in. They also told me not to stay there. About the safety: no doorman, no double door, single wooden door only, no bars on windows, low lighting...grubby and grungy. The company was no co-operative or helpful after the break and enter. BEWARE of these types of Air BNB scams in Paris and stay in a real hotel. Also, be aware that Asian tourists are being targeted for break and enter/theft.

arrived to find this property had dirty sheets on bed. also wifi did not work. when issue was raised (as 2 night stay) it was not resolved, no clean linen provided. lucky had sleeping bag.
a discussion of a partial refund though offered has also not been resolved/provided, despite photo proof being provided.
also to note, this location/area in Paris might not feel like a very safe area for some people. I tried to be home not too late due to this.

De toevoer naar de wc gaat continue af dus slapen gaat moeizaam omdat je steeds wakker wordt gemaakt door het geluid. Ik heb de knop moeten omdraaien maar dan hoor je alsnog een constant stromend geluid. Er lagen haren in bed en 2 muizenkeutels. Over het keuken blad liep een kakkerlak. Ergste was dat de douche verstopt was en heel de badkamer onderliep. Ik moest heel de kamer eerste droog krijgen en kwam veel te laat op mijn afspraak hierdoor. Te weinig dekens, 1 paar extra dekens had comfortabeler geweest als je deze moet delen.
Als ze deze dingen nou op orde hadden dan had het allemaal een dikke prima geweest. Dus als je hierdoor heen kan kijken dan is verblijf wel oké.
Zorg dat je het raam op een kiertje openmaakt zodat je frisse lucht naar binnen krijgt.

The one good thing about the trip was the smooth communication with the girl that checked us in. Despite the trouble-free check-in, once the girl from the agency opened the flat, we found out it had not been cleaned at all. The flat was in a horrible condition. Moreover, the sliding door to the bathroom was blocked as it cannot be closed properly without getting blocked. Therefore after my arrival, I had no access to a toilet or a shower. Since there was nothing to do about it but wait for the cleaners to come later during the day, I was forced to go out without even being able to take a shower after my travel. When we came back home later that night the flat was cleaned but still not clean. The door had been unblocked but we were unable to close it fully, or rather, at all if we didn’t want to get blocked inside the toilet. We had to shower and use the toilet with an open door. Moreover, there was no soap in the bathroom and only one roll of toilet paper. Apart from the flat being very unpleasantly dirty, the shower drain was blocked, so whenever taking a shower the cabin would get filled with water and overflow in the whole bathroom!There is no space to sit on the toilet for taller people as the useless bathroom cabinet was directly in front of the toilet. The bed was very small and extremely close to the ceiling! The bed lacks a protective fence, so whoever is sleeping on the outside part is quite likely to fall! Extremely dangerous! We had to sleep crammed in one end of the bed, and considering the tiny space the bedroom has to offer, our nights were a living hell!!! Other than that, the location of the flat is good, but not perfect. The building is old and musty. It gets terribly hot and smelly inside the flat. Overall, our stay was full of unpleasant surprises as the flat was not half as cute and clean as it looked on the pictures, so do not be fooled! It has the potential to be way nicer if looked after properly, but unfortunately this is not the case at all! Once again, everything was very dusty and overall very dirty! Definitely not worth the price and would not recommend!

En revanche le logement est loin d'être aussi charmant que sur les photos.
Grosse odeur d'humidité en entrant dans l'appartement, présente de salpêtre sur la fenêtre et dans la salle de bains (mûrs, plafond).
C'est un logement qui ventile très peu !
Et que dire de la propreté....
Des toiles d'araignées, de la poussière un peu partout... Comment sont justifiés les 60 € de forfait ménage ????

- 500€ de caution ok c’est formulé à la réservation mais rien indique 4,50€ de frais supplémentaires lors du paiement de la caution
- tres bruyant, la chasse d’eau n’arrête pas de faire de bruit et empêche de dormir, à la la fin il fallait bien couper l’arrivée d’eau la nuit pour dormir enfin et cela sans compter le bruit que font les voisins car les murs sont fins comme des feuilles de papier.
- congélateur inutilisable (voir photo)
- saleté: de la poussière partout, même au niveau du lit + des toiles d’araignées dans tout l’appartement, le four sale avec de la nourriture partout et les cheveux dans la douche …
- la douche parlons-en: quand vous prenez une douche, l’eau déborde partout et rend l’appartement humide
- odeur d’humidité envahissante et qui prend le nez.

This is a small property but the size is definitely made up for by the location. The apartment is around a 5 minute walk away from two metro stations which allows easy travel to other parts of Paris. It’s also located around a 20 minute walk away from Sacre Coeur and the Moulin Rouge. The area in Montmartre itself is fantastic, there are so many bars and restaurants open until late and plenty of supermarkets/bakeries to get supplies.
Our host was lovely and very accommodating. We arrived into Paris earlier than expected and she allowed us to move forward our check in time. Her communication was excellent, and if we had any questions she always replied within the hour. She made us very welcome!
We didn’t find the bed a problem. It’s a little worrying without a bed guard (which I do think the property would benefit from, just for peace of mind) but there were no issues with it.
The shower is a little smaller than standard due to the layout of the property - my partner is 6 foot and struggled to use it stood up, so that’s just something to be aware of. The bathroom itself though is lovely and was clean.
Overall we had a really nice stay here with no issues. Though it is small it’s a lovely place, the location is excellent and the host was incredibly welcoming!

the flat is of studio style, very small in size, approximately 7 minutes of walk from metro, unfortunately it wasnt very clean, there was dust everywhere on surface of furniture, there was some issues with heating, even though they fixed it on the next day, it was uncomfortable to stay the first night in cold place and bad is also a bit scary, its upstairs and no barrier is there , so in case you have active sleep be a bit careful:)))

Les photos du logement sont belles, mais il nécessiterait un gros rafraîchissement et l'ajout de choses utiles plus que de la décoration accessoire ( il manque une lampe pour salon, une cafetière, un rideau de douche). Problème de chauffage dans le salon, il faisait froid, j'ai dû activer celui de la salle de bain. Faites attention lors de la descente de la mezzanine. Je ne pense pas renouveler l'expérience avec une agence !

Das Bad, es war leider leider nicht wie auf den Bildern zu erwarten schön, sondern sehr sehr dreckig. Das Problem war die Dusche, sobald man sich auch nur eine halbe Minute geduscht hatte stand das komplette Bad unter Wasser, da es auch keinen Duschvorhang oder ähnliches gab. Einen Abfluss für das ganze Wasser gab es auch nicht.

La déco de l'appartement avait changé entre le moment où je l'ai réservé et mon arrivée (même pas 15 jours entre les deux). Le logement était du coup moins confortable. La seule place assise possible était une chaise pliante. Il y a eu un problème de fuite d'eau pendant mon séjour. Même si Welkeys a réagi rapidement en envoyant quelqu'un, aucune solution à court terme n'a été possible et j'ai donc dû passer ma dernière nuit dans un autre logement. Welkeys ne m'a même pas remboursé une nuit complète pour le désagrément ! Ce n'est pas la première fois que je leur loue un logement et ce sera la dernière. Ils pensent d'abord à l'argent facile plutôt qu'aux biens des voyageurs.
