Nice air-conditioned flat of 30 m² located on the 3rd and last floor of a quiet residence with lift is composed of :
- a terrace with a beautiful view on the San Peyre hill and on the swimming pool of the residence,
- a living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully equipped open kitchen: kettle, coffee machine, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- hoover, washing machine, hair dryer,
- Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning.
Access to the residence's private swimming pool is included in the rental as well as a garage in the basement.

The neighborhood

Enjoy the beach, the Mediterranean sun and the mildness of the South during your stay. The beaches of La Raguette and Le Marusin are only 3 minutes away by car, and you can enjoy the sea air to recharge your batteries! You can also leave the residence to walk along the canal, or enjoy the shops and restaurants around the flat.
In 3 min by car you can reach San Peyre, a volcanic cone, in 2 min by car or 15 min by foot the castle of La Napoule and in 25 min by car you can visit the city of Cannes. You can also reach the beaches every 20 minutes by bus, from the bus station at 1 minute from your flat.
