This large and modern flat of 67 sq. m is located on the 7th floor with elevator and is equipped with :

- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a sofa-bed,
- a well-equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a bathroom with shower,
- hairdryer, TV and WI-FI,
- an underground parking box for one vehicle.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

The neighborhood

The apartment is located a few minutes away from Paris, in front of the very nice André Malraux park, a few steps away from La Défense. Thanks to the metro and train situated nearby, you will be perfectly linked to Paris city center : it will take you just 8 min to join the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Elysées, 20 min for Le Louvre and 25 min for Bastille Opéra… The flat is also located close to numerous companies such as SNCF, AXA, Groupama, Société Générale, as well as Paris X University. You will also find numerous shops around the flat, and some very nice restaurants : we advise you QLF ans Bes World. At last, Paris La Défense Arena is only 4 min away on foot.
