Between the Marais and Beaubourg area, close to shops and transport, this flat in the heart of Paris is perfect for visiting the city.
Located on the 3rd floor without lift, this wonderful 83 sq. m flat with a view on the City Hall and St. Jacques tower is composed of:
- an elegant and bright living room,
- two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- two bathrooms with showers,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment,
- TV, Wi-Fi.
The access to the apartment isn't available for people with reduced mobility.

The neighborhood
Located in the 4th arrondissement, 100m to the City Hall, you will stay in the heart of mythical Paris, in the immediate vicinity of all the capital's must-see places. You will find the Pompidou Center 3 min walking away and Notre-Dame Cathedral or the Louvre museum 10 min away. Thanks to the metro, you can quickly and easily reach all the other emblematic monuments of Paris: the Place de la Concorde, the Eiffel Tower, Montmartre, the Champs-Elysées... Finally, you will have the choice between innumerable restaurants, bars, museums and animations just a few steps away from your rental.
