The space

Close to shops, transport and right in front of the beach, this flat is perfect if you want to relax in the South.

This air conditioned 31 sq. m apartment is located on the 4th floor with a lift and includes:
- a cosy living room with a comfortable one person sofa bed and a splendid view overlooking the bay of Antibes,
- a nice bedroom with a double bed,
- a fully equipped kitchen: coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi,
- an underground parking lot,
- two sunbeds and a beach umbrella are available in the apartment's storage room.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes.
On the seashore, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and at the foot of the building, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snacks, games for children, bike rentals as to not miss a second of the southern sun !

• Cagnes sur mer train station : 12min walk
• International airport Nice Côte d'Azur : 10min by car or 25min by bus.
