Close to shops and transport, this apartment is perfect for visiting the city of lovers and its emblematic places.

This bright and stylish flat of 130 sq. m is located on the second floor with elevator and is equipped with :

The neighborhood

The apartment is located in the 16th arrondissement, 5 min away from the Champs Elysées walking. It will allow you to access very easily to all the monuments that make Paris the most beautiful city in the world. You will be able to easily reach all the famous Parisian monuments : the Louvre, Notre-Dame, Orsay Museum, Les Invalides, the Latin Quarter… But you should also stroll in the neighborhood and enjoy the cafés, restaurants and shops. The area is very busy and festive!

Le hace falta limpieza y mantenimiento, la regadera del baño principal estaba tapada, por lo que el agua se salía de la regadera y al cerrar la llave quedaba fugando y eso hace que se desperdicie el agua. La puerta del baño de visitas no funcionaba y tardaron 3 días en repararla por lo que solo teníamos un baño para todos. La cocina al igual que los utensilios, cajones, platos y el refrigerador estaban muy sucios. Tampoco funcionó la lavavajillas. La ubicación es buena.

The apartment is fine (3 bedrooms, internal balcony, 2 bathrooms). The location is convenient, but the unit has no air conditioning, which is listed in the description but is not obvious. The windows open and there are fans, but the location is on a very busy and noisy street - lots of car traffic all hours of the night, frequent groups of pedestrians walking by and talking loudly when local bars close. This leads people staying here to choose - loud noise while sleeping if windows are open, or warm temperature if windows are closed. The drain in the primary bathroom shower was not functional. When used, water would pool in the shower, and after 1 minute would begin to spill out. All 6 of us used the small guest shower as a result. When we informed the concierge, no response. Lastly, beware - the host company attempted to charge us a fee for check out process that the did not clearly define but claimed they said verbally. Not a great experience.

If some equipments, such as the AC, are must-haves for you, do not hesitate to check the detailed list to see if they are available. Higher noise levels can be a compromise to make for a good location in a city such as Paris. The instructions regarding where not to leave the key were clearly displayed in the accommodation. We did have to block part of your deposit when we were unable to open the door. Your remark regarding the shower has been shared with the relevant team. The pros- The place in itself was spectacular, exactly as in the photos. Spacious, well lit, fully equipped kitchen and a washer dryer. The location was superb, right on arc de triomphe and 150m from the Etoile metro. The intermarch across the road was a boon. The elevator was also helpful to carry the luggage. Was perfect for our trip. The cons- after a 12 Hr flight we arrived at 8pm to check as earlier communicated. There’s no self checkin, the guy who had to give us the keys was 90mins late so I was on he roadside with two kids and old parents and a lot of luggage at 9.30pm. He wasn’t responsive on the phone and when he arrived, not a hint of apology for his delay. We were clearly harrowed and when I told him he should’ve communicated earlier he’d bad late, he said, “ I had other check-ins, please tell the Welkeys team, it’s not my problem!” He gave a set of keys and dashed off. We didn’t know where to dispose the garbage and only received instructions after checkout!

Tiene todo lo que necesitas en la casa… Y Yann súper accesible y agradable… nos encantaron sus atenciones y recomendaciones!!! sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería a quedarme ahí!!
