In this flat, you will be close to all the shops and restaurants of the city while remaining in a quiet area and will be able to enjoy a beautiful stay on the Normandy coast.

This 53 m² flat is located on the first level (without lift). It includes :
- a bright living room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a beautiful balcony,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a night corner with a sofa-bed,
- two bathrooms including one with a shower and one with a bathtub,
- a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, hotplates, oven, dishwasher),
- washing machine,
- TV and WiFi,
- access to the residence's swimming pool (closed in January and every wednesday).

As the accommodation is located close to the centre, noise pollution may occur.

The neighborhood

In a quiet neighbourhood on the heights of Deauville, you will not lack anything to enjoy a nice stay in the charming seaside resort! You can stroll between the various Belle-Epoque villas, try your luck at the casino, enjoy the market along the port or visit the town's museums. The beach is only a 20-minute walk away and there are many bars and restaurants there as well. Finally, the racetrack is only 10 min away walking.

Deauville-Normandie airport → 15 min by car

The residence swimming pool will be closed from 08/01 to 07/02/24.
