This perfectly equipped house consists of a living space of 150sq. m and includes:
- a 200sq. m garden with a furnished terrace and barbecue,
- a heated private swimming pool,
- a comfortable and luminous double living room,
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- a bedroom with comfortable sofa-bed,
- two bedrooms with single beds,
- a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, hotplates, dishwasher)
- two bathrooms with showers,
- a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing equipment, air conditioning,
- baby bed, high chair (on demand),
- Wi-Fi, TV,
- a private parking space. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.
Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

The neighborhood

The flat is located in the heart of the city of Biarritz, only a few minutes away from the airport. It is a 25-minute walk or a 5-minute ride from the center of the city where you can enjoy the beautiful streets, and the animated Halles neighbourhood. Direct buses only 2 min away from the accommodation can take you to the center in a few minutes as well. You can also visit the Biarritz aquarium which is 10 min away by car. Of course, the beaches are not far away, only a 10 minutes bus ride. So you can enjoy the city's attractions without reservation!
