The space

Located in the heart of La Cotinière only 150 meters away from the ocean, this charming house with sunny terrace will be perfect for a stay on the island of Oleron.

This 54sq. m house consists of :
- a nice furnished terrace with barbecue,
- a charming living room,
- a bedroom with double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge, hotplates, dishwasher),
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
- TV, Wi-Fi.

The fireplace cannot be used.

The neighborhood

This beautiful housse is located in La Cotinière, a beautiful town of the Ile d'Oléron. You'll be 150 meters away from the ocean, in a residential neighbourhood nearby the city center and the port. History lovers can reach the Château de Bonnemie in the town centre in 20 minutes with bikes, and the famous Lanterne des Morts. Thanks to the nearby bicycle rental, you can easily explore the whole region by bike and leave your car in the car park in front of the accommodation.

St-Pierre-d'Oléron bus station → 10 min by car or 25 min by bike
Rochefort Charente-Maritime airport → 50 min by car
