Located in the heart of the city center, directly across the street from the beach, this apartment with parking, can accommodate 6 people.
The space
Close to shops, transport and right in front of the beach, this flat is perfect if you want to relax in the South.
This 70 sq. m apartment is located on the 6th floor with a lift and includes:
- a cosy living room with a comfortable one person sofa bed,
- a balcony with a splendid view overlooking the bay of Antibes,
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bedroom with two single beds,
- a fully equipped kitchen (stoves, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, kettle),
- a bathroom with a tub,
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine, ironing facilities,
- TV, Wi-Fi, fan,
- an underground parking lot.
Note that the building dates from the 1960s, so the sound and heat insulation is not perfect.

The neighborhood
The apartment is located at the edge of the Mediterranean seafront, along the pedestrian promenade from Nice to Villeneuve-Loubet, close to the Hippodrome. You will be able to access easily to a couple of well-known attractions like Marineland, the old Antibes and the Picasso museum of Antibes.
On the seashore, you will find many restaurants, bars, shopping centers and at the foot of the building, there are dozens of restaurants, cafes, bakeries, snacks, games for children, bike rentals as to not miss a second of the southern sun !

Leider war bei uns kein early check in möglich, dafür konnte jedoch der Gastgeber nichts, es lag daran dass noch Gäste vor uns im Appartement waren.

il correspondait exactement a la description
le seul bémol est que je trouve dommage de l'état assez vieux du logement (ancien surtout cuisine et chambre dans l'entrre ) au vu du reste ainsi que l' emplacement de la vaiselle par rapport a la cuisine
le balcon donnant sur la mer fait tous après se n'est que mon avis

management is not professional. I thought someone would met us since they charge for late check in. It turns out it is self check in. They could have sent self check in information a lot earlier they did not. instead they call international call for foreigner travelling internationally (we could not receive international call). They should have set up whatup number ahead of time if they do not plan to met us or send self check in info via message or email. We almost left on the street for the first night--very unprofessional. I have to ask a kind stranger to call her. Also for 5 days stay they only provide one trash bag and ask guest to buy more. It is rediculous. Also when we come in the first night we can not use cooking range because they turned off the gas supplier line without instruction where and how to turn on it.

The host is extremely unresponsive with late replies and sometimes no reply at all. In addition, the host passed our requested onto their manager which declined to answer calls and deliver any kind of service. You will be expected to have a self service approach to your visit from start to finish with no aid in making your holiday relaxing.
The apartment is dated and unclean with no air conditioning and a lack of working ventilation throughout which leaves sleeping impossible.
The front door handle was not secured to the door meaning we felt unsafe from any unwanted characters and this was the main reason for not staying the whole period.
If anyone would like evidence, I can provide multiple pictures and videos.
In conclusion, I would not recommend this property to anyone and I would keep looking for a wonderful view and accommodation to appreciate the coastline of the French Riviera.

Appartement parfait pour deux couples, parking très appréciable, vue exceptionnelle...
Seul bémol : appartement des années 60, dont l'isolation phonique comme thermique laisse à désirer....
La température en février est limite (heureusement petit chauffage de salle de bains d'appoint) et si voisins bruyants (ce qui était le cas pendant trois jours) on entend tout....même la discussion échangée entre deux à 1 h du matin.
C est la contrepartie de cet appartement dont l'emplacement et la vue, je me répète, sont exceptionnels.
Il faut le savoir et l'asssumer, c est tout.

Purtroppo i vetri non sono insonorizzati e si sente il traffico della strada ma abbiamo dormito benissimo nella cameretta che è molto silenziosa perché più all interno.
Ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo, consiglio di soggiornare per più giorni , purtroppo noi ci siamo fermati solo 2 giorni.

Nous avons eu un petit problème à l'arrivée avec le chauffage manquant ( cela arrive) et nous avons eu froid la première nuit mais l'agence à été réactive même si le problème n'a pu être totalement résolu et le beau temps des autres jours ont fait le reste ... Réparations à confirmer!
Nous recommandons quand même pour l'emplacement, son balcon avec la vue et le nombre de couchage intéressant.

L’hôte de l’agence Welkeys très réactive et arrangeante. Cette appartement me tenait vraiment à cœur car j’ai mes parents dans une résidence à côté et on peut tout faire à pieds. C’était l’idéal avec la place de parking privé lorsqu’on est avec des enfants en bas âges.
Je recommande, après ceux qui n’ont pas l’habitude du bruit des vagues peuvent avoir des difficultés pour dormir.
Mais nous reviendront c’est certain.

Harte Betten, schreckliche Zustand von Wasserkocher. Abfluss in der Küche war undicht. Bidet am ersten Tag ist kaputt gegangen und war abstellt bis zum Schluss. Paarmal war heiße Wasser abgestellt, Vermieter hat sich deswegen nicht zurück gemeldet.

The double bed is not more than a wide single bed (maybe 120 wide).
Several items need to be replaced or refurnished, like the outdoor furtniure, toilet, cupboards, etc.
While the messages in advance mentioned that someone will welcome us, noone ever did. Instead a keybox was left and the parking remote was not in there. So we had to park the car on the street, get the keys, then go back down to get park the car inside.
The location was the only good thing.
The fact that there is no AC during July is a definite dealbreaker. with temparature at night being unbearable.
We also received different instructions to connect to the EWifi with endlessly long passwords we had to test to find what works.
On top of all that - we booked for 6 people, and came to find 2 single beds, 1 large single bed, and an unopened Sofabed (which we apparently had to prepare ourselves, while sharing towels as well).

A lock box is no substitute for a welcome and there are no instructions inside the appartement, The shower is over the bath and there is no screen or shower curtain so the bathroom soon becomes a wet room with no drain; a rubber mat would also be welcome. There were no kitchen knives although the agent said there were. She came three days later to agree that there were not but none arrived for the rest of our stay. Cooking therefore was impossible but fortunately restaurants were near at hand. The sun loungers do not have cushions and are therefore uncomfortable and hot. WiFi is a little slow for streaming. All of this is meant as constructive criticism and could very easily be rectified and in spite of the minor problems we would highly recommend the property.

On gagnerait juste à pouvoir chauffer un peu en hiver…

De ontvangst voor het bekomen van de sleutel. We kregen geen host te zien. Kregen via gsm een filmpje toegestuurd van waar de sleutel lag (kastje) maar konden niet uitmaken waar dat dan juist was. Na lang zoeken was het in een zijstraat! Zouden beter de straatnaam doorgeven alsook thv welk huisnummer. De host was wel heel vriendelijk aan de telefoon om ons bijkomende uitleg te geven.
Veel verkeersgeluid van de straat aan de promenade.
Voor het blokkeren van de waarborg wordt bijna 6,00 euro aangerekend!

L'appartement est bien placé pour des promenades en bord de mer, la place de parking privée est un plus.
Il faut savoir néanmoins que sa situation en bord de route, avec ses fenêtres en simple vitrage, fait qu'il reste assez bruyant avec la circulation.

4. В общем нам этот вариант размещения очень понравился, чувствовали себя как дома. Близость к морю, просторная квартира, шикарный балкон! - что еще надо для прекрасного отдыха на море.
1. Отсутствие шторы или экрана у ванны.
2. Одни ключи на всех четырех человек - это создавало некоторые неудобства
до тех пор пока мы не вычислили кнопку домофона, относящуюся к нашей
квартире. В общем-то консьерж мог бы показать ее при заселении

La limpieza muy deficiente y el estado del departamento tampoco es muy bueno.
Al llegar nos entregaron la ropa de cama y nosotros tuvimos que armarlas. El mantel de la mesa de comedor estaba sucio y no había otro para reemplazarlo.
No me parece un lugar recomendable, no lo volvería a elegir. Lo único bueno es su ubicación frente al mar.
