The space

The villa is ideally located in La Teste-de-Buch, giving you easy access to the beaches and local activities, so you can discover the Arcachon Basin at any time of year.

With its 800 sq. m. of outdoor space, this superb 135 sq. m. house offers an intimate, private setting for your stay. Recently renovated, its two levels feature:
- an in-ground heated swimming pool (heated from May 15 to September 15 when temperatures are warm enough),
- a terrace where you can enjoy convivial meals or a moment of relaxation,
- a bright, spacious living room,
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer),
- one bedroom with queen-size double bed (160 cm),
- three bedrooms with double beds (140 cm),
- a bathroom with bath,
- a bathroom with shower,
- TV, Wi-Fi, fans,
- baby cot,
- washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing facilities, hairdryer, hoover,
- two private parking spaces in front of the house.

It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

The neighborhood

The neighbourhood has all the convenience stores you need for a relaxing stay: bakery, pharmacy, mini-market, etc. When it comes to eating out, make a reservation at Le Pestacle or Jejhène's, on the port of La Teste-de-Buch. In the oyster port, stop off at one of the 36 oyster farmers for an oyster tasting after a picturesque stroll along the pontoons. For a walk in the fresh air, the salt meadows offer a variety of itineraries: admire the scenery and keep your eyes open for birds or, with a bit of luck, find a cistude, a protected species of turtle. There are plenty of beaches in the region (the beach of La Teste-de-Buch, La Lagune, etc.) where you can relax or enjoy your favourite water sport. The region is full of natural treasures: Dune du Pilat, Ile aux Oiseaux, Banc d'Arguin, Lac de Cazaux, etc.

La Teste-de-Buch train station → 10 min walk or 1 min drive
Bordeaux-Mérignac airport → 55 min by car or 1h20 by public transport
