• a spacious living room with a sitting and dining area opening directly onto the terrace,
• a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area and all the necessary equipment: coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer,
• two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a work area,
• a third bedroom with a king-size bed (180cm),
• bathroom with shower,
• a second bathroom with bathtub,
• separate WC,
