Located on the 10th floor (with elevator), this apartment includes:
- a 6m² balcony with a table for 4 and a breathtaking ocean view,
- an open-plan living area comprising a lounge with double sofa bed (160 cm) and dining area,
- an open kitchen equipped with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer,
- bedroom with king-size bed (180 cm),
- bathroom with large shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, iron, clothes hangers,
- TV,
- in the residence: shared heated swimming pool (open from June to September) and solarium.
