This modern, comfortable cottage is ideally located on the edge of fields, benefiting from breathtaking views of nature. This 49m² dwelling comprises :

• a large enclosed garden and spacious terrace equipped with a dining table, barbecue and sun loungers perfect for relaxing moments in the sun,
• a convivial lounge and dining area opening onto the terrace,
• an open kitchen equipped with coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer,
• one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
• a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm),
• a third bedroom with two single beds,
• bathroom with shower.
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
• air conditioning, carbon monoxide detector,
• TV with satellite or cable, Wifi,
• parking for two vehicles. It is formally forbidden to recharge your electric car in this accommodation, on pain of bail.

→ The heated pool (unsupervised) will be open from the start of the Easter vacations (April) to the end of the All Saints' vacation (November). Active guests will appreciate the basketball court, swing set and pétanque court.

Saubrigues is a charming Landes village offering exceptional natural surroundings and a wide range of activities for everyone. The cottage is located just 2 km from the village center, allowing you to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while remaining close to all amenities.
Explore the ocean beaches of Capbreton, Labenne Océan and Hossegor, just 10 km away, or set off on an adventure along the many cycle paths and hiking trails. The Marais d'Orx nature reserve, 6 km away, is a must for nature lovers. For a day trip, the Pays Basque, with Espelette 49 km and Biarritz 40 minutes away, as well as Spain 45 minutes away, offer a rich and varied culture and landscape.
Enjoy local cuisine at Bistrot De Cédric, a remarkable nearby restaurant whose menus will delight the most discerning palates.
