With a surface area of 70 m² and set in a 250 m² plot, the house comprises :

• a large green garden,
• a welcoming living room with a large corner sofa,
• a large, fully-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, mixer, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer),
• one bedroom with a 140 cm double bed,
• a second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a single bed,
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, clothes hangers,
• TV and Wifi,
• cellar.
