This apartment was amazing!!! Two very enthusiastic thumbs up. Small but cozy. Really cool balconies with amazing views. Metro station right down the street. And lots of great restaurants around for a variety of options for food (and cocktails….Monsieur Antoine is within walking distance with some of the best drinks in town!). Oh and if you are in need of a new tattoo, Pigment Studio is right down the street ready to hook you up with some amazing artwork! Would 100 % recommend staying here and will definitely keep this gem in our pocket for our future travels to Paris! Nothing

El lugar esta bien, buena ubicacion. El departamento es como en las fotos, pero poco funcional. Nos estafaron, nos cobraron un deposito de 900 euros, por supuestamente quemar un toldo con cigarrillos, cuando no fumamos, ni estuvimos con fuego, solo nos bañamos y dormimos en la habitacion. Me comunique y dijeron que se trato de un error, pero luego no sacaron la demanda al intermediario, ni nos devolvieron el dinero. Ahora ya ni contestan, desconsiderados. Tengo 20 años viajando alrededor del mundo y es el primer problema de este tipo que enfrento. Arruinaron nuestro viaje.

Le studio est idéalement situé dans le XI eme arrondissement de Paris, d’où l’on peut visiter Paris. Les commodités aux alentours facilitent le séjour, et la quiétude du square dans la rue apporte le silence propice aux échappés belles. Quant au logement, il reflète la richesse intérieure de son propriétaire. Ainsi l’on se sent chez soi , à peine le pallier franchi. Je vous laisse le découvrir. Good location, metro lines close by. Typical top-floor Parisian property. It has everything, from dishwasher to kitchen and balconies. Attractively decorated! And the host was very helpful, and he spoke English Maybe a bit noisy, but it's an old building.

L'emplacement, les équipements, l'ascenseur, l'accueil par le concierge, le chauffage... Frigo HS mais on comprend et absence de notice pour l'utilisation du lave-linge... Mais c'est vraiment secondaire, on recommande cet appartement.

We loved our stay here! The hosts were super quick to respond or answer questions. The apartment itself is small but perfect for two people - exactly what we needed for a short stay. Super lovely location and had all the amenities we needed. It is located on the 7th floor of the building so quite a few stairs. Lift is available for bags but it’s tiny so wouldn’t necessarily want to use it for people, so be prepared to likely use the stairs. This wasn’t an issue at all but something worth noting :) Overall a lovely stay

Unfortunately, I do not have a positive review, which I don’t like it, as the experience ruined my trip a bit.
Place was not clean: dusty, clutter, trash left behind, bad smell, mold encountered in the sugar container and bathroom. Mattress is SO uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep.
I was told to wait 30 minutes for someone to deliver the duvet, as it was forgotten by the cleaning people. It took 1.5h, and many calls that I had to place to follow-up, and never given a clear answer.
Poor communication/solution with the issues.
The price is incredible unfair for what it is offered.
Never had a bad experience with Airbnb until this one.

This apartment is in the most perfect location. Close to Le Marais without being right amidst the crowds. Surrounded by awesome bars, restaurants and book stores and easy to get everywhere. The apartment itself was small but beautiful. We loved our stay. Wifi worked fine. Bed was comfortable. Check in was super smooth and communication great! There’s quite a high step into the shower which wasn’t an issue for us at all but something to note. Thank you so much Alex for having us! We’ll definitely be back.

Sadly, would not recommend.
The apartment is lovely, well decorated and in a great location. Beautiful views and overlooking a park were a bonus, however, there were a number of things that made the stay unpleasant.
The wifi didn’t work ~ worst nightmare when you are from a different country. The network was weak at best and mostly non existent. Welkeys was most unhelpful when I queried it and I was simply just given the network and password again.
There weren’t proper pillows, there was one standard size and one much bigger pillow not comfortable to sleep with. We had to search for the duvet inner as well as a shower floor mat for the bathroom.
The apartment appears to need a deep clean and some maintenance. The kitchen is not very well equipped. The stove kettle looked dirty inside and the oven mitts were caked in old food. The shower walls need some attention to peeling paint.
There was coffee but no milk and not a tea bag In sight. Not great after an already stressful first night in France.
We were excited to stay here but it was more stressful than it was worth. It seems this is much more someone’s personal home than it is accommodation.
Welkeys service is disappointing, their regurgitated responses are insulting. It’s a real pity for such a sweet place

There were good and bad things about this place.
Good: I personally loved the decorations and style of the place. I Also liked that it was located on a more quiet street so I could open the windows. I didn’t use the kitchen but it appeared well stocked. Price was good.
Bad: weird smell in the apartment, hair in the shower when I arrived, peeling paint in the shower and bathroom. Wifi never worked. I did discuss some of these issues with the host and they were not addressed.

You can tell this apartment was once someone's home. It is so charming and warm. I wish I could give it five stars as I was so excited to stay here. The management company, however, could not be worse. Poor communication, including standing me up for keys, and I arrived to a completely uncleaned apartment. I spent my first night learning how to use the washer/dryer and had to wash my own linen and towels as they were all dirty, and there were no extras. They offered to send someone, but by the time I heard from them, I had already cleaned most of the apartment, so I could sleep that night. Fresh linens did not come until the next day. The second thing I did was water all of the plants, as many had not been watered in some time. The wifi does not work, and it seems to be from a different unit with a very weak signal.
Management was unresponsive and could care less about making things right. I had to get air BnB involved and they could not even get a response from them. On my last night, I mentioned the skylight was open and rain was coming in, and nothing from the concierge.
The location is amazing and I loved the neighborhood. I am hoping the owner of the apartment sees this and hires a management company that will take care of their space. Wellkey is not that company.
