- Der Geschirrspüler war - den vorherigen Rezensionen und dem Geruch nach zu urteilen - wahrscheinlich bereits seit längerer Zeit defekt. Er heizte das Wasser nicht mehr auf, wodurch beim Spülgang mit kaltem Wasser das Geschirr natürlich nicht sauber wurde. Wobei der Geschirrspüler auch sonst praktisch kaum genutzt worden wäre, da nur ein einziger Reinigungstab zur Verfügung gestellt wird und kaum jemand bei einem Aufenthalt von wenigen Tagen eine ganze Packung Geschirrspülertabs kaufen wird.
- Schmale und recht steile Treppe zur Wohnung in der 2. Etage, die jedoch auch mit Koffern überwindbar ist.
- Nur ein Schlüssel zur Wohnung, was bei einer für bis zu 4 Personen vorgesehenen Wohnung ggf. eine kleine logistische Herausforderung darstellt, wenn nicht stets alle gemeinsam unterwegs sind.
- Die für Frankreich typische gemeinsame Bettdecke sowohl jeweils für das Doppelbett, als auch für die Schlafcouch, ist sicherlich Geschmackssache.
- Für den "Service", die geforderte Kaution hinterlegen zu "dürfen", wird eine nicht im Angebot aufgeführte "kleine Gebühr" berechnet. Diese "Servicegebühr" wurde mir nach Reklamation umgehend erstattet.
- Beim geforderten obligatorischen Online-Check-in muss vorab ein Foto des Personalausweises/Passes auf einer Webseite aus Kolumbien (Adresse endet auf ".co", statt z.B. auf ".com" oder ".fr") hochgeladen werden, was durchaus Fragen zum Hintergrund wie auch zur Sicherheit aufwerfen könnte.
- Für die Hinterlegung der Kaution müssen die Kreditkartendaten außerhalb der Booking.com-Plattform auf einer Webseite namens "Swikly" nochmals eingegebenen werden. Booking.com warnt zugleich mehrfach ausdrücklich davor, für Buchungen auf Booking.com die Kreditkartendaten außerhalb der eigenen Plattform nochmals einzugeben.

Location is great, close to historic landmarks, shops, restaurants. The apartment is clean and bright.

Unfortunately, we know for sure that someone has entered the apartment and stole 200 euros and 100 USD from us, from two different purses. The Welkeys staff was not cooperative or taking any action on such a serious matter. They had complete disregard for our safety, as they didn’t even bother to check on our safety, nor even offer to change the locks in the apartment. This happened within the first 3 days of our stay, and the rest of 7 days we were there, we place objects against the door at night worrying about our safety. We really hope this message reaches the actual owner of the apartment and they change the management team to the one who really cares for their guests in the incidents like this one.

My negative rating has to do with what appears to be a known issue (I should have paid more attention to reviews) and the lack of response on the part of Welkey's and their staff to address the matter when it became a problem. On our first night, one of our group attempted to take a shower, the shower pan immediately filled with water and would not drain. Our Welkey's host was initially responsive and indicated that he would have a technician out to fix it the next day. Not only did this not happen, but he stopped communicating with us at all (five follow-ups). I ended up fixing problem myself (my time and expense). I contacted Welkey's to express my displeasure. Response indicated they would review our experience with their team and that someone would be in touch re: remedy. That never happened either (after two follow-ups). I am sure that they will post a response to this review with an apology and assurance they will use the feedback to improve. I am doubtful that will happen.

Wir hatten wohl Pech und eine tote Maus unter der Spüle. Als Feedback von Welkeys wegen der Maus kam auch keine Entschuldigung oder o.ä. Im Gegenteil, wir mussten am Abreisetag in der Früh noch einen Servicetechniker zum Check der Wohnung empfangen. Hier hat die Ansprechpartnerin von Welkeys uns das Urlaubsende etwas verhagelt und deshalb würden wir die Unterkunft/über Welkeys nichts mehr buchen. Der Umgang mit der Reklamation war enttäuschend.

A perfect apartment for 4 people to stay in the heart of Paris. The beauty is that when you walk out onto the street you are surrounded by bustling cafes and restaurants on a pedestrian only street, yet at night the apartment is quiet because it faces into a courtyard off the street. These are not touristy places, with most of the clientele being French. It is a 15 minute walk to the Louvre, River Seine, L’Opera and many other iconic locations. The apartment itself is comfortable, with the fold out bed being of very good quality. Communication from Welkeys was great. Would love to stay here again!

The flat was in a great location. The person who met us to check-in was friendly. There was sufficient space for a family of 4 with young children. The stairs are narrow and there is no elevator. No A/C like much of Paris, but huge windows and a quiet courtyard that blocks out street noise. The main bed is extra firm and the sofa bed is comfortable. There was a nespresso machine, but no pods available. We only stayed for two nights and mostly just used it as a place to sleep and shower. The shower was the most disappointing part. Within 2 minutes, the floor was filled with water because it wasn’t draining properly. I read this in a review from 11/2021 and hoped they fixed it since then, but they have not. I contacted Welkeys immediately (and a second time when nobody came as told) and they said they would send someone to check it out and they never did. Because of this, I will never stay at a property managed by Welkeys again. They have a great PR response with no follow through.

The location was so close to all the places we planned to visit. Great restaurants right outside the front door. The apartment was clean and had some extras that were much appreciated, like phone adaptors, fans, coffee, etc. It was one of our favorites of all the places we stayed in 3 countries on this family vacation. The host was easy to communicate with and even when we had some phone troubles, the host was still accommodating. Thank you!

Location, location, location. We enjoyed our stay at this property, and it is a good value for the price. The area is first class, you are surrounded by luxury hotels, shopping and Paris landmarks. It was comfortable for our needs. The beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. The washer in the unit was a nice extra, as we did a few loads or laundry while we were there. There is no dryer, so we had to air dry things, and a large drying rack is included and that was nice. There is a Nespresso machine in the unit, but it puts out only a few tablespoons of coffee. My traveling partner needed her caffeine fix, so she went on the hunt for it every morning. The building is old, to be expected in the heart of Paris. Cafe's line the square, and a wonderful outdoor market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A small grocery store is within 2 minutes as well as a laundromat if needed. Close to a few different metro lines, 8 and 1, within a short walk. We cooked a few nights, and the equipment provided was sufficient. Thank you Welkeys, appreciate the communication around our trip from beginning to end.

Excellent communication!! Everything worked perfect with welkeys!!A bit expensive for an apartment without an elevator though.Very clean and quite in a perfect place. I would suggest to the owner to control better that everything works well in the apartment before renting it the next time.There was a problem that hasn’t been solved till the departure. I’m sure it was by accident but still very important. Renting via booking or Airbnb apartments in Paris for the last twenty years had never met a problem before without an immediate reaction or a better proposal and would like to have an efficient solution. I recommend it for the communication and the place.

Location was good. That was pretty much the only positive thing about this place. There was a constant musty smell of mold as the building is old and probably not well ventilated. Had to keep the windows open constantly because smell was unbearable. There were only 1 large towel and 2 small towels for my husband and me for 4 nights stay. The worst part was the shower stall. The drain was completely clogged and had to shower in a pool of dirty water. Politely messaged host about these issues multiple times but they were not addressed. Finally, the day before we checked out, 3 additional towels were delivered. Drain issue was never resolved and we had to time our showers because it took at least 3 hours for water to drain completely. This is unfortunate because we thought the location worked out well for us.

Впечатления об апартаментах очень позитивные - и расположение, и удобства в квартире, и чистота - все соответствовало нашим представлениям о выбранном варианте. Очень досадное неудобство - категорически фиксированное время заезда и отъезда. На просьбу за отдельную плату продлить время выезда на два часа с 10.00 до 12.00 мы получили отказ. На наш взгляд в апартаментах должна быть гибкая система заезда и выезда гостей - ведь это не отель. Тем более, что при существующей посуточной оплате мы лишаемся из оплаченных последних суток 5 часов ( заезд в 15.00, а выезд в 10.00 по требованию фирмы-посредника Welkeys) и это не справедливо. Раньше мы часто останавливались в апартаментах в Париже в этом районе и таких случаев категорического выселения не было.

オペラ通りをほぼ一本入っただけの好立地です。
アパートの入口の周りはカフェばかりで、こんなことこにアパートが？と思うような立地です。
建物は古いですが、清潔感はあります。少しモダンな内装もオシャレです。
キッチン用品も一通り揃っていて、便利でした。
シャワー等の水回りも特に問題はありませんでした。

私が予約する際に見落としていただけだと思いますが、
まずアパートの鍵を受け取る場所が、管理会社のオフィスで、徒歩20分ほど離れています。
また、事前にやり取りをした際に、必ずオフィスに鍵を取りに来る必要があると聞いていたのに
結局チェックイン前にオフィスにお伺いしたところ、アパートの前で担当者と待ち合わせでOKとのこと。
約束の時間にアパートの前で15分以上待っていたが、担当者が現れず、管理会社へ電話すると
今向かっているので待っててと。遅れるならせめて一報欲しかったです。不安でした。
更に、担当者とお部屋に行くと、なんとその前に清掃員がスマホ触って休憩中。
今から掃除を始めるので、一時間後なら大丈夫とのこと。
清掃されているのを横目に見つつ、お部屋の案内を受けました…。
清掃員の方はとてもフレンドリーで良い方でしたが、チェックイン時間は事前に知らせているのに、適当な対応だなと思いました。
事前リクエストで鍵も２つお願いしていたのですが、最初は一本だけ渡されました。
(こちらはその場で清掃員の方のスペアキーをもらえたので良かったですが。)
また、ベットサイドのランプが電球切れか壊れていて、点きませんでした。
清掃員へ言うと、会社に伝えとくよ！とは言われましたが、滞在中に治ることはありませんでした。
扇風機も首が壊れており、角度や向きが変えられず、不便でした。
クローゼットのハンガーをかけるところに、清掃用具がぐちゃっと押し込まれていたのは不快でした。
お洋服をかける場所に汚いモップとか入っているのはいかがなものかと思います。
前回パリに来た際に借りたアパートの大家さんがとても親切だったので、
今回もアパートにしましたが、ここの会社からはもう借りないと思います。

Really comfortable beds, high level of cleanliness and a lovely kitchenette with plenty of kitchen stuff made our stay nice and easy. Efficient heaters allowed us to stay warm all the time even if it was 0 degrees outside. There was also plenty of space to spend time together at the table.
The localization is great - walking distance to some of the best French monuments. Two shops available not more than 100-300m from the appartment.
Negative:
There was not enough hot water for everyone in a four-people group to take a shower after whole day of sight-seeing. The last person had to wait another hour so the water could warm up.

The location is excellent and the apartment is good. But during the check-in an incorrect wifi was reported - because of this, two days were ruined. And it was not easy to get an answer from the owners. It is very uncomfortable that the give only one key for two people - we could not come back separately (moreover, the apartment is designed for four guests.) Cleaning is not very good - not all dishes were clean, glasses and knives had to be rewashed

Good situation in Paris , beautiful place st Honoré, beautiful appartment but such a noise !!!!!
There is no insonorisation between the appartments and all the day, from 7 o clock till 10 p.m., we had no tranquillity.

The apartment was in such a convenient position for getting out and walking around Paris or for being close to transport. Really well equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen and very helpful when our flight was late and we had a midnight check in. Would stay there again.
