This luxurious apartment at the heart of Lille Metropole, easily accessible and quiet, can accommodate up to 4 people. Close to all commodities and transports, this flat is perfect to visit the city.
This cosy and modern flat consists of a living space of 89 sq. m and is located on the 8th floor with elevator. Benefiting from a breathtaking view on the city of Lille, it includes :
- a pleasant living room with a very large Moroccan sofa,
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a separate well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher), with a dining corner,
- a bathroom with bathtub,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, ironing equipment.
Parking is easy and free at the foot of the building.

With the metro located at the foot of the building and easily accessible from the highway, you will access to Lille Center in less than 10 min, to Pierre Mauroy Stadium in 15 min, to Bruges in 45 min or to the charming resorts of the Belgian Coast in 1h. You will also be a few steps away from the exceptional Mons-en-Baroeul fort and very close to numerous companies such as Pelforth brasserie or AG2R La Mondiale insurances headquarters.

Les rideaux étaient bien en place lors du contrôle du logement par notre responsable local et les toilettes installées depuis plusieurs années étaient propres. Nous avons récupéré le logement dans un état déplorable après votre séjour : déchets, literie et linge endommagés, propreté catastrophique ; nous avons été dans l'obligation de bloquer l'intégralité de votre caution pour payer le nettoyage supplémentaire et les réparations.
