Located at the entrance of Bonporteau beach, in a calm and protected environment, this flat in front of the sea is perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids. 10 min away by foot from the city center, this exceptional accommodation is perfect to enjoy the sun and the sea breeze.
This nice contemporary apartment, located on the 1st floor (without elevator) of a modern residence, consists of a living space of 32 sq. m and includes :
- a beautiful 50 sq. m terrace, including a grassy part, with an exceptional view on the beach and the sea, equipped with a plancha,
- a large and sunny living-room with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a perfectly equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- a night corner with a double bunk bed for kids,
- a bedroom with double bed light-bathed thanks to its large windows,
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, hair dryer,
- TV and AC,
- access to the residence laundry with a washing machine.
Parking lots are available in front of the residence.

The neighborhood
In a green, quiet and protected environment, at the entrance of the beach and easily accessible, this accommodation will allow you to spend a chill and relaxing stay while being close to numerous activities. 5 min away by foot from the city center and 10 min from Cavalaire port, you will be able to enjoy all the shops, bars and restaurants of the sea resort, as well as trying your luck at the casino ! You will also discover St Tropez or Grimaud historic village, both 25 min away by car. At last, plenty of paths will make you explore the coast and its wonders.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch: Nur zwei Minuten Fußweg zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Auf der großen Terrasse kann man gemütlich sitzen und beim Essen das Meeresrauschen hören. Da wir mit Hund unterwegs waren, haben wir uns sehr über den Küstenwanderweg gefreut, der direkt an der Wohnung vorbeiführt.
Supermärkte und einen tollen Bäcker erreicht man schon nach 15min Fußweg. Der Ort Cavalaire ist eher touristisch, aber auch fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

For the price level, the daily use equipment could be checked, updated and replaced more regularly, e.g. only few spoons left, wine glasses cloudy etc.

The bedrooms, particularly the one with bunk beds, are very small, though the main bedroom has a sizable closet (there is no closet in the smaller bedroom, but there is a bureau). And the couch is barely big enough for two people and not especially comfortable, but that's okay, as we spent most of our time outdoors anyway.

Die Unterkunft ist an sich sehr schön, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Matratzen bequem. An der ein oder anderen Stelle trotz der modernen Einrichtung etwas mitgenommen. Hier könnte im der Wohnung aber auch im Außengelände etwas nachgebessert/gepflegt werden.

Localisation parfaite, à l’extérieur de Cavalaire.
L’accès à la plage qui est très belle, discrète et déserte le soir est exceptionnel.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
(Pensez à prendre du café n’espresso avant votre arrivée ^^)

La résidence n’est pas « les pieds dans l’eau », la mer est à 180 mètres et se voit à peine derrière les arbres.
Pire : la résidence étant en contrebas de chaussée, il faut descendre (avec ses valises) un escalier très raide de 34 marches et en monter un autre d’une dizaine pour accéder à l’appartement. Le premier escalier ne dispose pas de main courante pour se tenir et une bonne partie des marches est hors normes réglementaires de dimensions et de sécurité.
Pour être honnête, il faudrait au minimum signaler cet aspect de l’accès qui nécessite une bonne condition physique.
Par ailleurs, il est annoncé une « TV avec abonnement standard au câble ». En réalité, il faut oublier les 26 chaines nationales (en commençant par la 1, la 2, la 3, …), on peut tout au plus en trouver quelques-unes à force de manipuler le câble d’antenne.
En conclusion, nous trouvons cet appartement beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations offertes et nous n’y reviendrons pas !

Zum kleinen, sauberen und sympathischen Strand waren es bloss ein paar wenige Minuten. Die ersten 2 Tage nutzten wir zwischendurch zum Schwimmen im herrlich klaren Wasser. Leider kamen in den letzten 2 Tagen die Quallen, so dass uns das Meer nicht mehr einlud.
Die Wohnung ist zwar wie beschrieben und in den Fotos gezeigt gut und funktional ausgestattet, doch hält sich der Komfort sehr in Grenzen. Unter "modern" verstehen wir definitiv etwas Anderes. Auch ist sie sehr klein. Die Stube wird als "gross" beschrieben. Das entspricht jedoch nicht den Tatsachen. Das dritte Zimmer mit dem Kajütenbett enthält nicht 3 Etagen, sondern bloss 2 Liegeflächen. Zudem hat es keine Fenster, es entspricht vielmehr einer Art Besenkammer. Wie in dieser Wohnung 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder Platz haben sollten, ist uns ein Rätsel. Wie waren zu zweit, was uns zwar genügte, jedoch fehlte uns ein gewisser Charme der Wohnung.
Der Aussenraum ist demgegenüber top. Er bietet viel mehr Fläche als die Wohnung. Wir genossen die Aussicht auf das Meer und das viele Grün. Das Haus befindet sich wirklich mitten im Grünen. Da die Wohnung zuunterst rechts im Haus liegt, störte auch die Strasse nicht, die oberhalb der Wohnung entlang führt.
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber geputzt. Hingegen vermissten wir auf der Veranda und auf der künstlichen Wiese die Sauberkeit. Dort dürfte man nicht nur die Bodenflächen, sondern auch die Wände und Decken wieder einmal säubern.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos und einwandfrei.
